Liz couldn't help but to think about those words the whole time while showering. 'I love you' played through her mind over and over again. She got out and got dressed in her new signed doc martens and skinny, black ripped jeans and a black T shirt with a black leather jacket. Zach smiles, "you look beautiful." Liz smirks, "no. I look like myself." They both laugh and hug each other. The words slip again and they both pull away. Zach stutters a bit, "ma-maybe we should just accept that maybe we do love each other. Just we don't want to." Liz takes a deep breath, "I don't know. I want to. It's jus-just that I don't want that for you. You deserve better and Brent doesn't even know. It doesn't feel right." Zach thinks for a moment, "so you're saying that you're not good enough for me and we should just forget that those words were never said?" Liz slowly nods, "yes and no... I don't know." Zach sighs, "y'know what. Let's just watch some TV then go to dinner and when we get back either sleep on it, or make up." They both go lay down and watch TV until dinner. Liz ends up falling asleep on Zach. Zach smiles down at her and thinks to himself, 'she is perfect for me and I do love her. She just doesn't see that herself. Careful Zach... you don't wanna push her. The only thing is I don't want to tell Brent and she does.' Zach wakes Liz up and she grabs a sharpie and sticks it in her boot then they head out the door to meet with the others downstairs. Brent smiles at them arriving, "ready to eat?" Liz pulls the sharpie out of her shoe, "yep. Just one job for the rest of you. Take this sharpie and sign my shoes." Barry raises an eyebrow with a confused smirk, "okay?" Barry takes the marker first and signs the same one with Zach's signature then Eric and Brent follow. Eric crosses his arms and chuckles, "why?" Liz smiles widely, "these are going to be my special shoes. When Brent drags me on stage, or out to meet and greets." Brent smirked, "and I will continue to do that. Now let's go. I'm starving." They go out to a normal restaurant, not fancy, but not fast food either. Liz sits in between Brent and Barry with Eric beside Barry and Zach beside Brent. The manager stayed back at the hotel and scheduled shows. After the food they order some drinks and have a bit of fun. The bar that they were sitting at showed a view of the sunset and they all watched in awe. Brent rests his arm on the back of Liz's chair and they all drink the rest of their drinks. After that they go back to the hotel and settle in for the night. Zach and Liz are the last ones in the elevator and he smiles, "well tomorrow is show day." Liz leans on the elevator wall, "yep. When does tour end?" Zach shrugs, "a few months." Liz nods slowly and the elevator starts to rattle then stops. Liz groans, "oh my god. What the fuck!" She presses the button to notify the people and they got to work on it. Zach smirks, "looks like we're stuck in here. I wonder for how long? Maybe jus-..." Liz holds up her hand, "nope. Definitely not in an elevator." The people come through the speaker, "sorry for the inconvenience, but this is going to take around an hour. Don't worry though, it's just a jam. It'll be back up and running in a few." Liz sighs and sits on the floor, "well just our luck." Zach sits down too on the opposite side, "yep. Good luck though. We can work each other up." Liz squints her eyes, "you're so funny." Zach smiles, "oh come on. It'll be fun. Just work each other up and then we can finish in the room." Liz rolls her eyes and leans her head back on the wall, "nope." He crawls over and leans her onto his chest. She turns around and straddles his hips and rests on his shoulder with her arms around him. He kisses her head, "if you fall asleep I'll carry you back." She giggles, "I'm not tired." He think to himself, 'I want to say it so bad...Don't say it...don't say it...' he can't hold it in, "I love you Liz" she smiles at him, "as much as I hate to say it. I love you too." Zach kisses her, "I was scared to say it." The rest of the hour goes by and the intercom comes back, "so it looks like we're going to need another thirty minutes. Just hang tight." Liz mumbles into Zach's chest, "oh great." He laughs, "it'll be fine." Liz's phone rings and she answers it, "hello." Brent speaks up, "I heard about the elevator. You guys okay?" Liz let's go of Zach, "yeah we're fine. Just chillin. What about you?" Brent sighs with relief, "that's good. I'm just hanging here with the band. We all wondered if you guys were okay." Liz giggles, "yeah, no, we're fine. Just your usual elevator break down. That's taking forever to fix. We've been stuck in here for over an hour and they are saying another thirty minutes." Brent chuckles, "well that sounds fun." Liz rolls her eyes, "so much fun." Brent sighs, "well I'm gonna let you get back to being stuck. Just checking on you. Love you little sis." Liz smiles, "love you too bro. Bye" she hangs up and turns back to Zach. He gives a fake hurt expression, "ouch. Called you and not me." Liz smiles and kisses him, "it's fine. They cared about you too." When the elevator got fixed they headed back up to the room and Zach was steadily holding onto Liz and her kiss. He closes the door with his foot and starts for his shirt. She finishes the job and pulls it over his head, revealing his abs. He continues the kiss, "I don't want to tell Brent." Liz pulls away, "what?" Zach kisses her again, "I don't want to tell your brother." Liz pushes him away, "why?" Zach shrugs and Liz huffs, "Zach I don't want to do this then. I want to tell Brent." Zach sits on the bed, "but I don't." Liz sighs, "well I do. If we don't tell him then I don't want to have sex with you." Zach stays silent and Liz continues, "me and my brother are always open to each other and I don't see anything wrong with him knowing." Zach rests his chin in his folded hands, "I don't want to tell him because he may not like it." Liz raises her voice, "so. I'm over eighteen and none of his concern. Besides since you're his best friend then you should be the only one I pretty much ever had that he'll trust with me." Zach stands back up to meet her, "that's exactly what makes it weird. I'm his best friend and I shouldn't even be sleeping with his little sister." Liz turns away and grabs her bag, "then you don't have to. I'm going to go sleep in the bus. I'll see you tomorrow at breakfast." She leaves and Zach sits down and rubs his face. He lays down on the bed and eventually falls asleep. Liz stays up for a little while and then goes to the bunks to sleep.
