"Ma'am are you sure you want to go alone?"

"Yes János. I will take some time. You can go home. I'll call you when needed."

"As you say ma'am."

The driver stepped out and opened the door for her. She pulled down the sunglasses from her head over her eyes and walked towards the gate. Upon entering, she was welcomed by an elderly Czech couple, who went by the name of Mr. and Mrs. Dvorak. They've been running the orphanage for several years and were well acquainted with the Gilanis, especially Faiza.

"Ah, good afternoon miss Faiza! We've been expecting you since morning today. It's the 23rd after all. We were sure you'd come today like you do every year."

Faiza took of her sunglasses once she was inside, revealing the joy in her eyes.

"It's always a pleasure being here Adam."

The three of began walking through the garden around the lofty red brick manor. The place wasn't unfamiliar to her, yet she treaded with careful, coy steps.

"When we received your donation last month, the children were absolutely delighted!" Cecelia Dvorak said in an excited manner. "I must say it was very generous on your part. We didn't know how we could thank you -"

"Cecelia please. It's the least I could do for the children."

"That is indeed very kind of you miss." Adam spoke in between. "Might I show you around, the changes we've made in the last few months?"

Faiza nodded with a smile and followed them inside.

"We've renovated the nursery and included additional equipment that can help the governess take care of the children better. The beds have been changed, and so have the cutlery."

"And the school?"

"Ah yes, the school is currently under renovation. We're hoping it will be done by the beginning of next month."

"If you need anything, just let Ali know when he comes for his monthly visit. I will send some more funds at his hand if required."

"Oh that won't be necessary miss. What you have given, is more than enough for the time being."

Faiza, who's gaze was wandering around the corridors looking at the place came back to Adam.

"I'm glad to hear that. Now if it's alright, can I meet the children?"

"Yes of course! They've been waiting for you. This way."
