The chase for Vanessa's heart and cat have begun. Men, women, and children alike run for the woods to hunt down the cat. some go home to make a plan. some grab weapons and others treats. One man in particular walks off quietly, back to his own cottage where his family is waiting. This mans name is Mason.
As Mason opens his front door he is swarmed by hordes of his beloved animals. ferrets, dogs, cats, hedgehogs, even a sheep and a deer. Every single one of his beloved animals he has rescued. All came with him willingly only after gaining their trust and befriending the man. Because of the mans strange connection with animals he was rumored to me a man-witch of sorts, that could control and possess the minds and bodies of the poor helpless creatures. This however was untrue, even if he could not talk to the animals it did not mean he could not understand their needs and wants. Mason takes great care of the animals he calls his family and plans to do the same to the poor cat that had been pulled into the fight for Vanessa's heart.
