Basically, you make a list of benefits of things. You can get a journal and dedicate it to benefits of anything you want. Like; walking, magnesium, exercise, eating coconuts, listening to music. You get it.
When you make a list of benefits you ate more likely to reap those benefits. Like while you are eating a strawberry the whole time you ate thinking "eating strawberries does this and that and helps with this!". So you reap those benefits even more 😃 👌🏽.
