Journaling also has many benefits and can be fun. When you journal you really organize your thoughts and come to realizations. If you're ever stressed or upset just journal. When I feel bad I go straight to journaling because it helps me see the situation in a new light and just feel better. If you ever need new ideas or a spark of creativity just journal, it's amazing for brainstorming.
At the end of each day just summarize your day or however you choose to use your journal; to jot down ideas, clarity, just to do it.

(Make it fun or an art project if you want! If you're an aesthetic person 😉 (can't relate)

It's an amazing app with lots of other features like dream journaling, law of attraction. It's bomb. In case you're worried about your annoying family or someone finding it and completely invading your privacy then just do it on your phone (it might be faster too!)
