"Patton! PATTON! Please, at least let us explain!" Roman pleaded with his friend while trailing him down the stairs. Roman had his brother's hand in his, trying to comfort him while also trying to clear both of their names. Virgil and Logan, who were already quietly sitting in the living room, passed nervous glances to each other. It was a very rare thing to have the entire house erupt like it was right now.

"There is nothing to explain! I know what I saw!" Patton screamed, breaking into sobs. Roman's face tensed a little. He turned back to his brother. Remus had gigantic eyes and fat tears splashing down his face. The prince's heart broke. He gave Remus a soft kiss on his head. He hated to see his brother like this. What he hated even more, what the fact his supposed friends were making him cry.

"Patton, Roman, Remus! All of you, calm down." Logan said reasonably. The logical man stood up. He adjusted his tie, setting the book once in his hands face first on the couch. He looked between his three distressed friends. Releasing a sigh, he pushed his glasses up, "Please explain what is the outroar causing you all to behave like buffoons."

"Roman a-and Remus...they've been....they've been,"

"We're in love," Remus interjected, not being able to handle the suspense anymore.

"What?" Virgil mumbled, striking his attention from whatever he was looking at on his phone. The news caught Logan off guard as well. His eyes went wide before he shook his head, collecting his composure.

"So what? We're dating. We've all dated before!" Roman shouted in frustration. Both Logan and Patton's cheeks heated up. They sheepishly looked away. Neither of them wanting to admit what was already made clear. "Besides, it shouldn't be anyone else's business. You made a promise to me, Patton. To the both of us!" Roman yelled out again, directing his words at the fatherly figure.

The dad clasped his hand over his mouth, rubbing his eyes with his other hand. That struck the other two sides by surprise. It was rare for Patton to withhold information from his friends. Obviously it wasn't his choice to do so. Virgil shoved his hands in his pocket, the zipper on his coat rattling from his shaking form. All the yelling and crying was becoming too much for him.

Logan took another breath, trying to keep his voice down for everyone's sake. "Look, we don't disapprove dating here. It was bound to happen with all of us and we all knew that. But you two are brothers. You're bonded by blood."

"Our bond is stronger than blood! It's love. But I don't even think you would understand that." Roman huffed. Patton gasped at that, watching the logical man's face grow sour.

"Roman, please calm down," Virgil begged.

"You can't tell us how to feel right now, trash rat!" Remus spat back, practically fuming with a mixture of fear and anger.

"Remus," Roman exclaimed, taking his brother's chin to look at him in the eyes. Remus' face began calming down, fuming out all the red fury it was holding in. He grabbed Roman's other hand, making him want to cry as he broke down in tears again.

"Patton, how long have you known about this?" Logan mumbled. Virgil went over to comfort the sobbing side, wanting to help.

"A few months. I caught them one time but they made me hold it in." He whimpered, crying heavily into the anxious side. Virgil looked to Logan who looked back to the brothers. Logan pinched the bridge of his nose, a headache surely forming.

"This can't be good for Thomas; his two personas of creativity commencing in such...sexual actions. I mean, what if you both become one again?" Logan suggested. Both brothers held tightly to each other, guilty looks on their faces. They remembered their past lives as one. More so, how their lives changed once they were apart.
