Yeah that's right I'm a Pokemon fan Snivy was my first ever pokemon (I had pokemon white as my first game) so I have a lot of attachment to Snivy and it's evolutions. Also yes Serperior does have arms it's the Royal Pokemon so it holds them behind its back- I get so annoyed when people say it doesn't have arms >:(
