Lennas'  POV

"Lenna" my oldest brother Max screams into the phone after I awkwardly greet him. "Where the Hell have you been!?" I make eye contact with Noen who motions to the door and then walks over there. I assume to give us some privacy. "I- I'm sorry I didn't say anything" I whisper with guilt in my voice. He seems to recognise it and softens his tone. "I'm sorry Len, but I'm just really worried. Not just me! everyone has been losing their heads. Jason, Maverick, Cash-" "Did you just say Cash?" I chuckle, "Cash has been worried? yeah, sure." he sighs. "Len, it was a mistake. I know what he did whas wrong, but he also know that. he has been worried sick and nearly jumped out of a fucking tree!". did- did he just say what I think he said? my face goes from disbelief to worried. The image of him almost jumping out of the tree where I saved him pops up in my head. That makes me realise, that I still care about him. "Lenna? Len" Max's on the phone pulls me out of my thoughts.

"come to California." I say.

"what?"

"you heard me, come to Cali." I repeat with a stern voice.

"wha- you expect us to just leave everything here behind and come there?" what's the big deal with that?

"Max. what have you got there? mom isn't there anymore, dads in jail, the only thing we've got there is a house and jobs! this is our chance to start over! c'mon bro, see that."

I hear him hesitating for a moment but then he says what I didn't expect. "Okay."'

"What! Really?" I ask with excitement.

"Yeah, I'll inform Jason right now, and I will!! Take Cash and Maverick with me!"

the line goes dead. I put the phone down and Noen inmediatly walks back to our table. "Seeing that you're smiling, I assume everything went well?" I stand up and hug him. "They're coming to Cali!! My brothers, Cash and Maverick!!" "wait Cash? I thought-" I sigh. "Yeahh I thought that too, but my brother told me a few things, and I've decided to forgive him."

Me and Noen walk home after that conversation. We talk about random things like tiktok and his youtube 'The Noen Show' on the way.
