So what you don't know is that Toshiro's full name is actually Toshiro Hizachin(chin=cheen) Aizawa. The reason this is her name is because her dad lost a bet to Toshinori and Hizashi. The bet was something to do with their students that year, if they lost they had to name their next kid (first kid in Toshinori's case) after the other two.
Of course they didn't know that Aizawa's second kid would be a girl so they changed it a bit to seem more feminine. Yes, Toshiro was told the whole story behind her name. No, she will never tell anyone, she's too embarrassed now that she knows.
