So I was visiting someone in the hospital today and noticed the windows have locks on them. That got me to thinking tho. What if a patient jumped out of the window to commit suicide to escape their life (or the hospital). And that's why the bigger window has a lock. Let that sink in.
(The real reason is probably more reasonable or whatever so just ignore this)
