Art I find is the best out let and anti depressants there is.  There are two reasons for this that I will explain soon enough.  It helps with mindfulness and to help with appreciating life as a whole, even the negative.  

When I try to play the violin, bead jewelry or do digital art I find that this takes up most of myy time, energy and mind.  I have to work on the task at hand only that and focus only on that and I find that my problems are as small as a virus particle. Not big.  This is called mindful ness, something it's meditation or breathing but if it can destruct you from the world and keep us in check it's mindfulness.

Art helps us to appreciate life in all its glory, even the negative.   As I went to an exhibit I went to see this photographer who saw the beauty in the good and bad.  I now see the beauty even in the ugliest situations or surreal times.  That is art, that is life.  We are hearty appreciate things and life because it's short.  Art just aids in this
