The next morning came and Pidge was back to her normal self but Keith could still see the pain in her hazel eyes. He wanted to say something but knew it was best if he didnt, he had no clue how she was feeling or how to help her when he wasn't there when this all happened to her. He stayed close to her, acting like his normal self and made her giggle as much as he can.
"Pidgin" Lance grinned as he poked he Green paladin cheek as she glared at him.
"Lance, Dont make me break your hairbrush" Pidge growled and Lance removed his hand as fast as he could.
"Dont hurt molly .. she did nothing wrong" Lance ague you back.
"Pidge dont threat molly the brush or Lance will cry again" Allura yelled from the controls as Pidge giggled.
"anyway, why are you bugging Pidge" Hunk asked with a kind smile as he looked at the two from his paladin chair.
"That rebel who was in the pod woke up and well I over heard the captain of the ship Olia speak to her and well they talked about a survive who from that planet that led to your brother" Lance grinned and Pidge eyes widen before she jumped up and hugged lance.
"thank you .. you are the best goofy friend ever" Pidge cheered making Lance chuckle and hug her back.
"Thank me later ... go catch the rebels, they getting ready to use a spare ship and fly back to their planet" Lance smiled and Pidge jumped down looking at Shiro.
"your dismissed" Shiro smiled and Pidge eyes sparkled before she ran off heading to the hanger full of life and hope.
"So um princess" Coran asked as he turned to the princess after seeing the excited three paladins and Keith looking at her with hope.
"your all dismissed .. lets go find out what they say" Allura smiled and the three paladins and Keith ran off first towards the hanger the others following not long behind them.
"you think she find her family" Hunk asked with a bright smile as they ran.
"I'm sure she will Hunk, Pidge came this far and even the gods cant have the heart to take this from her" Shiro smiled sweetly.
"Yeah and even if the gods turn their back on her, we still cover her until she brings them home" Lance cheered making the others laugh.
"we help her bring them home" Keith mutter and they soon turned the corner into the hanger seeing Pidge talk to N-7 and Olia. A bright thankful smile on her face before she jumped at the rebels and hugged them with joy.
Pidge turned to see her team after she waved the rebels and other aliens off as they flew off. She ran over to them, hugging Keith as tight as she could as she cried tears of joy.
"He alive" Pidge whispered and Keith smiled at the girl before pulling her closer and hugging her tightly.
A couple seconds passed before the other paladins joined the hug squashing the happy two and soon the two alteans and other blade members jumped into the group hug.
"We set a course to the planet" Shiro mumbled and everyone cheered.
"I'm going to get him back Keith ... I'm going to get my brother back" Pidge cried and Keith just gave her a gentle smile hugging her even tighter.
