After that Niall starts working on a new song on his own. He doesn't show it to anyone and it's not even written in his notebook like all the other ideas are. He hides it between the pages of the novel he's been reading lately in case Louis decides to be a nosy brat. In his free time when the boys are out, he takes his guitar and works on the melody which he usually shows their bus driver - Kevin. He has been with the band long enough to be a good judge and although he prefers classic rock, he likes Niall's song. After a while Niall adds the lyrics, too. According to Kevin it's amazing and cute. He advises Niall that he should just confess and the Irish boy blushes.

Despite his insecurities about the song, he really likes it and often finds himself humming it after he decides it's finished. Most people around him think he just hums randomly, never noticing that it's the same tune.
