《Third Person POV》
Roman carefully laid Virgil down on the ground and started panicking. Roman sat next to Virgil, freaking out the whole time.
After about 10 minutes, Virgil sat up and saw that Roman was panicking. Virgil jumped up and faced Roman and said, “Roman, listen to me. You’re having a panic attack I need you to breathe for me. Can you do that?”
Roman shook his head and started sobbing. “I-i c-can’t. I can’t breathe. I can’t breathe.”
Virgil grabbed Roman’s hand. “It’s ok. Everythings going to be ok. Can you breathe in for 4 seconds?” Roman started breathing in. “1, 2, 3, 4. Ok, now hold it for 7 seconds. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Ok, now out for 8. 1, 2, 3,4,5 6, 7, 8. Good.” Virgil repeated this until Roman’s breathing was a bit more steady. Then asked, “Can you name 5 things you can see for me?”
Roman looked around. “Um, y-you, grass, m-me.” Roman paused and looked around again. “M-my horse, my s-sword.”
“Good job. What about 4 things you can feel?”
“Y-you, grass, a-a-air, um, my pants.”
“Ok. 3 things you can hear?”
“Y-your breathing, me, m-my horse.”
“Good. Now 2 things you can smell”
“Um, y-you, water.”
Ok, one more. Can you name 1 thing you can taste?”
“Tears.”
“Good. Are you feeling any better?”
“Yeah, thanks.”
“Of course.”
“Wait, your human!”
“You just now noticed?”
“Shut up, I was busy panicking.”
“Fine.” Virgil suddenly frowned.
