Craig leads me to a long abandoned building. I don't think anyone even know its existence except him.
"Close your eyes," he whispers softly in my ear.
"Why?" I ask.
"Just do it."
I obey and he pulls me in as we walk.
"Now, open them," I can hear a smile in his voice.
When I do my heart skips a beat. A small table is set up with a sandwich, a wine bottle, and two glass to go with it.
"This is-" I start
"Come sit," Craig pulls up two chairs.
I sit down while he pops the cork and pours the wine. The murky red liquid looked anything but appetizing.
"Are you going to eat?" Craig asks as he settles down.
I shrug, "Not that hungry."
He frowns, "You sure?"
I nod and receive a sigh, "Are you going to take a drink at least?"
I bring the wine to my lips and have a sip. The over whelming bitterness hits me and my eyes water a little.
"What the hell is in this?" I choke.
Craig stands and leans over the table. He pulls my face closer and kisses me deeply.
He lets go too soon and smirks.
"You were such a fool, Hayden."
