Y/N POV

    I came home after a little while. It was 6:30 pm. I started to do my homework and study. After I finished those, I checked the time. It has been 2 hours. 'Why did Chanhee still not come? Maybe he has some stuff to do. Why don't I cook for him!' . And like that I started cooking. I decided to cook one of Chanhee's favorite meal. 

    I finished my cooking and was waiting for Chanhee. It was 9 pm so he should come soon. As I was saying that the door bell rang. I went to open it.

"Chanhee where were you? I cooke- Minjun?!"

    Minjun was my ex. I knew we would break up someday because he was treating me like garbage. But I never expected him to cheat on me with my best friend, or in other words, my 'used to be' best friend Areum. I hated him. I wasted my time on him trying to make him happy and this was what I got! Unbelievable.

"Minjun why did you come here?" I said in a very sturdy tone.

"Can we talk?"

"Um sure." 'Why did you say that!'

    I let Minjun inside. Why did I have to be polite and say yes. I should've told him to go away. 'Damn it Y/n!!!'  .

"I wanted to apologize." 

    'I don't think an apology will give me back the time I wasted on you. '

"I was too selfish and shouldn't have broken your heart. I really regret it."

".....ok?" By now I was holding myself from yelling at him. I wish he realized it earlier!

"I never thought of how you would've felt. I didn't care about you enough! I didn't deserve you! I know you probably feel really mad right now and you probably won't accept this apology, but maybe it'll...."

"It will what?"

"...maybe it'll change your mind about me. Maybe just a little? I realize now that I messed up bad. I only cared about looks but, now I know that isn't the case. My girlfr- I mean't ex, Areum. She cheated on me and I understand how sad it makes you feel. I'm also very sorry....For all the pain I caused you. I really am."

"W-wow I...don't know what to say."

" *smiles* I know you'll never forgive me, but I at least wanted to tell you these. I'll get going now and I promise you'll never see me again."

"...."

    Just as he was going, Chanhee came. Oh God why now? 

"Minjun....WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE???!!!!"

    He picked Minjun up from his collar and pushed him to the wall.

"ANSWER ME"

"S-sir I just came to a-apologize."

"APOLOGIZE???!!!! DON'T YOU THINK IT'S A BIT LATE FOR THAT?!!!" 

"I-I'm truly s-sorry I p-promise not to c-come again."

"GOOD! NOW GO AND NEVER COME BACK YOU SON OF A BIT-"

"CHANHEE CALM DOWN!!!" I yelled. 

"He came to...apologize as he said."

"Sorry I- He- He made you very sad and I just- I hate him."

"I know, but calm down ok? Look I cooked your favorite meal. Let's eat."

    We ate our food in silence. It's usually not this quiet. Unless one of us is mad. In this case, both of us were mad. 

"I'm going to my room." I said without waiting for his response.
