For the love of cosplay

Con Day 2

The next morning I woke up to my alarm going off. I got up grabbed my phone to turn off my alarm then went into the bathroom to take a shower to get ready for the day. After my shower I go to my first and grab my wallet unlock the room to go get some coffee. As I open the door to walk out into the hallway I got surprised by Amanda and Liz out in the hallway. Amanda had her hand up like she was ready to knock on the door. Oh you're awake is this what not to see if you wanted to go down for coffee" Liz said smiling at me yeah sure sounds good I was just about to go anyways." I said to them as we work to elevator. How you feeling this morning not too hungover are you." Liz asked "I am pretty good I usually don't get bad hangovers when I drink." I said to her as we got in the elevator.

Once we were in the lobby with headed over to Starbucks to get drinks for our groups. There was a little bit of a line for Starbucks so we waited for a little bit. it didn't take that long until it was our turn the lady asked " how can I help you." I looked at the menu real quick and decided on my drinks. Yes can I have a venti pink drink and a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino" I said to her will getting my card out. "Of course will that be it" she asked me. "Yeah that'll be it" I answered her "That will be 11 bucks." She said as I handed her my card. We all ordered our drinks and sat down over at one of the tables and waited. After a couple minutes we all heard "Zen, Amanda" we got up and got our drinks and started heading back to our rooms to get into our cosplays for that day.

We got into the elevator and pressed the 5th floor button. "So what Inuyasha character are you going as for the panel today." Liz asked before she took a sip of her drink. "I am going as Kagome for today's panel." I said to them. "Omg really we are cosplaying as sesshomaru and inuyasha. This is going so cool I can already think of so many InuKag, KagSess,  and SessKagInu photos we can do." Liz said excitedly. 'Oh dear lord she is way too excited about this.' I thought to myself as the elevator door open to our floor.

As we approached our rooms Liz started to talk. "Hey we haven't given you our numbers yet have we. That way we can all read each other know like when we're done getting ready for the con." Liz said pulling out your phone. "Okay sure.... here." I said as I handed them my phone. Only a few minutes for them to put both of your numbers in. After they put their numbers are not called the numbers to make sure it would work. I called Liz then I called Amanda both of them ring and I told them that was my number. "Okay then we will text each other when we're done getting ready so we can go down and take pictures" Amanda said how she open the door. "Yeah sounds good see you then" I said I was open my door and walked in.

"Hey how are you doing this morning how's your head" Hannah asked . "It is good." I said to Hannah has I handed her drink to her. I got down on the bed for a little bit scrolling through my Instagram Facebook and all that seeing if I have any notifications. I then texting my parents good morning and hope you have a good day. I take another sip of my drink before I got up from the bed and went to my cosplay bag. I take out all I need for cosplaying Kagome today. I went into the bathroom to do my makeup take me about 45 minutes to get it to where I liked it and was happy with it. Then I put on Kagome's uniform as well as her socks and shoes. I turned to look at the wig for her and saw that it was tangled. I sighed as I said to myself 'why did I pack the wig like this is going to be a pain in the ass to get untangled.' At first I started to run my hand through the wig to untangle it a little bit. Then after a while I ran a comb threw it to untangle it even more. Finally after 10 minutes I got to untangle to where I like it and put it on. As I put on Kagome is yellow bag that she wears I hear my phone go off.

*Ding*

When I got to my phone which is on the bedside table. I unlock my phone to see that there was a message from Liz saying they were almost done and they were heading out of their room. "Hey, Hannah you ready. Liz, Amanda, Rachel and Nikki are all on their way out of their room right now. So we should probably start heading that way." I said to her as I locked my phone and put it in the bag along with my wallet and keys. I grabbed my badge and clipped it to the top of my skirt. I also grabbed the bow that I had made and the arrow carrier that I had made for the arrows to go in. "Okay I'm coming." Hannah said while grabbing her camera bag and a badge.
