A New Beginning (MHA X Reader)

Entry 6

  We step off the bus when we arrive and Aizawa-sensei notices Mineta getting nervous and gives us a pep-talk.

  Kirishima, Kaminari, and I were ready to yell out "PLUS ULTRA". But someone had joined in and made me jump outta my skin. "HOLY FIDDLE STICKS- oh, sorry, you scared me," I say and put my hand to my knee and my other hand to my heart to calm my self down.

  Todoroki looks shocked for some reason and the guy who scared me gets told off by his classmates. I also assume he's not from our school hence the different uniform. He says sorry and bows but...slams his head down on the concrete?

  Ok, I get it's a Japanese gesture but I mean, COME ON, DON'T GIVE YOUR SELF A CONCUSSION, PLEASE!

  He gets back up and tries explaining why he did what he did. OH MY GOD, HE'S BLEEDING! "OH MY GOD, YOU'RE BLEEDING. HOLD ON, I HAVE BANDAGES!" I start cleaning the blood off and wrapping them around his head. IDEA! "Can I experiment real quick?" "Go ahead!"
 
  I remember that one science experiment where you have these plants and you make them listen to music to see which one grows faster and healthier. So I try that and I check to see if it's still bleeding and surprisingly the bleeding slows and the patches of skin repair a bit faster, so I keep doing it until it's finally done.
 
  "Hell yeah! My quirk can do a shit ton of stuff!" I take the bandages off. "Ok, so you're good. I just have to throw this away now"
 
  He says "Yeah, I'm fine. I like blood anyways!"

  Aizawa-sensei warns us about him but then, one of the only heroes I know, Ms. Joke(miss?) comes and starts talking to him. Midoriya starts freaking out of course, and I can't help but giggle at both Ms. Joke and him.
 
  Her class starts coming towards us. And some strange ass kid comes taking Midoriya's hands and I am hella ready to smack them away! I'm also taking mental notes here as he introduces himself. He looks sweet and innocent but as Bakugou just pointed out, I'm starting to notice he's just observing for weaknesses most likely. Mental Note: stay away from that kid and Bakugou is surprisingly analytical of this kinda stuff.
 
  Eventually, and finally, Aizawa-Sensei tells us to go change for the test.
 
  We arrive at the orientation and I'm hella nervous. There's a hell ton of people and I DOn't lIke A Hell toN of PEopLE.
  

  At last, the orientation starts. The guy presenting is 1.) He's clearly sleep-deprived and 2.) if he is why is he even here?
 
  Anyways, he starts talking about a stain and I don't know if he's THAT sleep-deprived to start talking about stains or...? So I lean over and ask Midoriya
 
  "Um, what stain?"

  "O-oh, he's a villain. We fought him"

  "You people are insane" Then, we go back to listening. "His convictions..." Midoriya starts mumbling "it must be a title given to those who have sacrificed all of themselves".
 
  The orientation guy FINALLY says what the test is about "speed, only 100 people will pass".
  

  I am so done! This test is ridiculous! The orientation guy sucks! The test is insane! Tsu says that less than 10% will pass! Although it's probably NOT that.
 
  Orientation guys starts explaining the test and it's simple enough. Basically, there are 3 sensors on our body, if they're all hit by the six balls we're all given, we're out. The building walls soon start falling.

  Soon everyone starts running out. I don't necessarily have a good or bad terrain for my quirk. Although probably spacy areas are better to avoid casualties. Midoriya tells everyone to stay together. But some people leave anyways. I probably should as well, I don't work well with people either. Kinda like Todoroki. "Midoriya. I can't. My quirk, it isn't meant for working with people, you'll all just go flying. so I'll take my leave as well". He calls after me but I ignore him. I start running.  "Now it's my turn to shine!"

  The test starts. Midoriya's already in trouble. A bunch of people are coming at me as well, but that's a simple fix. I swing my arm up and they all go flying back to their original owners. I hit a few targets with that. I also formulate a simple idea. All I would have to do is move my balls with my quirk, hit the target, and move the balls back, so I can get them AND get them back.

  So I start doing just that. I realize that if I do this, I'll get more people out than I need to, but this way it's more fun! The plan would be much better with Shoji hiding me in his arms like how Mineta and Tsu did at the sports festival (Tsu told me about that. Pretty interesting idea). But I'll continue working alone for our sake.
 
  I go around getting everyone I can get before time runs out.

  I end up meeting Todoroki near a metal filled area, I immediately notice how he's outnumbered. A guy in a red ninja suit looking thing starts throwing huge metal screws and nails at Todoroki. I put a shield of sound around us to deflect them. As soon as impact landed the skin around my fingers started tearing and stopped at the second joint. The guy in red started yelling at us that we were full of our selves for going alone.
  
"THAT'S NOT IT AT ALL! WE WERE TRYING TO BE CAUTIOUS WITH OUR TEAMMATES! SO SHUT YOUR MOUTHS BEFORE YOU ASSUME RANDOM CRAP ABOUT US! ASSUMING MAKES AN ASS OUT OF YOU AND ME! ASS YOU ME!" I yell out as two guys attack us with elemental quirks.

  "You might wanna rephrase that [Y/N]" Todoroki says. He then repeats what he did before and comes up with a plan. He starts making steam with the water quirk user. I use this as an opportunity to get them all out at once.

  Once I finish I call him out "TODOROKI, I GOT THEM ALL OUT! I'LL SEE YOU LATER" and take my leave. But right as I turn around my targets turn blue and say "For those who passed, go to the waiting room".
