Reliving a nightmare that isn't reality.

Alastor woke up next to angel that night the poor boy was writhing in his sleep saying to himself in tears "Get..off him! Tim please stay..no no. No!" He was getting louder in his sleep talking alastor shook him to wake him up with "Angel! Angel! Wake up!" Angel woke up his white eye now red as he grabbed alastor by the neck starting to choke him with "You bastard I'll kill-! Oh my god al! I'm so sorry!" Angel stopped shocked out if his state scrambling off of his bed huddling in the corner.

Alastor could tell it was his PTSD kicking in. He had a more mild case himself from his own death as well as his family but Angel's was way worse at times. Much like hisl friend husk it was one of the few thing's he accepted over time as the years went on with change. He lived in a era where people thought those under that in the first world war just assumed they were cowards but over time as he lived let alone his afterlife it was obviously something forgot completely about in every mortal.

We can only sustain and take so much before we break. Alastor didn't hesitate despite angel actually cutting into his neck he went immediately to hug angel who was huddled causing him to cry in fear in surprised that he may have caused his boyfriend to get unstable himself. He would at one time but experience with husk helped him control for these things.

Alastor pulled him in with "Its me alastor your safe. It was only a dream." Angel sniffled before burying his head into alastor with "It felt so goddamn real. I felt the same pain as when oh god I-!" Alastor interrupted with "Don't say anymore angel I understand." After a long while Angel calmed down  looked up nearly started crying again after seeing Al's neck punctured slightly and scratched up with alastor stating "Trust me I been through worse try having your throat slit and having to heal it by devouring the culprits essence. "

Angel calmed down a bit adding "I love ya babe but knowing that is fucking terrifying. I wouldn't even know how youd do that." Alastor quickly explained skipping the more horrific details for Angel's sake with "Basically I absorb blood and so on from a freshly made corpse or one that is extremely or gravely injured as in more then likely won't live but I won't say anything else not when your like this." Angel nodded with concern still with "Fuck your neck looks like shit nothing major or too deep but I better get some bandages for the cuts and maybe stitch the punctures but that's only if it doesnt start to stop bleeding babe."

Suddenly the door opened Gino in only a undershirt and pajamas holding a double barreled shotgun and Arackness in the a white tanktop and boxers which was more his color scheme and his boxers with his pistol came in sighing in relief with Arackness sighing with "The fuck happened? You guys look like me and angel after fighting and we made up after." alastor explained quickly "He was reliving some bad things I woke him up and he thought he was still suffing his nightmare. I am fine but can you please help me and angel get some medical attention supplies for this?" Gino nodded unloading the shotgun before putting it against the a drawer next to the bedroom dresser putting the shells on top with "I'll go get the spare one kit downstairs. Ain't the first time I had to try and patch someone up." He said leaving the room.

Angel then asked "I'm surprised your boy leo didn't come brother." Arackness nodded with "Yeah that CIA gadget guy is in town I sent him to meet at his little shop with our two gun runner friends who showed up around when we went to sleep. He said he would be back later."

Angel raised a eyebrow with "You mean those two merc looking trigger happy freaks bugsy and gonzo?" Arackness raised a eyebrow with "I thought his name was just bugs angel?" Angel chuckled with "Its kinda what I like ta call em." He said wrapping a arm around alastor who seethed with angel going "Shit I forgot sorry Al!" Arackness then said rubbing his eyes in a manner that it was too early for this shit with  "Please stop forgetting so you don't make it worse than it is."

Gino came back with the kit "Need any more help fellas?" Angel shook his head "Nah you two should go back to bed I gotta fix this mess I caused. If i don't anyway I'll never sleep out of guilt." Arackness just yawned walking with a uncaring "See ya mooks tomorrow's!" Gino grabbed his shotgun and the shells with "I'll be in my room if ya need trying to sleep just knock and I'll come night you two." He said walking out in his slippers.

Angel opened the box with pulling out a roll of gauze and rubbing alchohol with a cotton ball with "Damn never expected night to be this eventful." Alastor nodded with "To be fair hell tends to be more random and chaotic in its nature alone as a place to exist in so I really am not surprised."

Angel then holding a wet cotton ball with "Gonna apply this its gonna burn okay?" Alastor nodded as angel continued talking while using his other hands to rub other parts on alastor for comfort  knowing it could distract him from pain from actual experience with "That's very true alastor you tend to have very accurate as fuck thought on hell I gotta admit."

Alastor now done with the hard part blinked a bit confused with "I hardly even noticed that pain at all what is your secret?" angel smirked unwrapping some bandages with "The art of distraction babe. Especially with you I started with applying it first course I can tell you still felt pain but then a started rubbing other areas distracting and surprising you since you get kinda bugged to not ignore my touch."

Alastor smirked with "Bugged? A ironic term to use for a spider. Then again my dear it's ironic as a wendigo I tend to use dear around certain people including yourself." Angel chuckled with "You really are a smartass like me sometimes you know that?" He kissed alastors forehead with "Its one of the reasons I like ya a lot sugar." He grinned.

Alastor nodded with "Same could be said about that spunky friend of yours cherri wouldn't you agree?" Angel nodded with "Yeah but also the fact we both came here as fucking walking trainwrecks." He said smirking with alastor smirking back "Now who's being smart mouthed?" Before  kissing angel in surprise on the lips this time.

Angel giggled with "Such a flirt and you don't even know it." Alastor blushed heavily with confusion with "I- I was flirting?" Angel nodded with "Yeah what? Don't ya lie to me like you didn't know!" Alastor looked even more confused with angel going "Wait your serious?" Alastor nodded with "I thought we were just having playful banter? Then again I tend to not be as social as you are dear. Well at least before I met you?" He said admitting a bit embarrassed.

Angel finished up with "Okay babe I'm done already. We should get back to sleep but. Uh can I ask ya a weird favor?" Alastor raised a eyebrow with "Like I would refuse but go on." Angel then said "Can I sleep in your arms tonight. I tend to not to dream you know that when uh....you know?" Alastor yawned  with "You would probably be better then this blanket anyway. Also yes that I know was a flirt I ain't that naive." He finished blushing in admittance.

Angel giggled with his own flirt "Funny I was gonna say the same thing with you better being a better bed as well." Alastor made a small noise his smile grown almost goofy out of that comment like he felt something hit his soul straight to his heart again with "My cheeks actually hurt I'm so flustered my dear. Please stop before all the blood starts going to my head. I don't want to worsen my bleeding."

Angel giggled getting into his hug getting comfortable yawning with "So dramatic. It's no wonder you got on the radio." Alastor nodded with yawning himself with "Amongst other things." Slowly but surely both went to sleep.

In the morning.
Arackness got up in the dining room downstairs for gino to go wake up alastor and angel. Thinking hes seen everything from his brother he muttered a "Fuck it." Opening the door seeing al and his brother cuddled together fast asleep that way. Claudia was heard behind him whispering "So adorable together we should let em sleep." Arackness sighed admitting with closing the door silently with "Just glad he finally got a fling to be happy for fucking once." To Claudia adding "He deserved better then us." He said remembering the day he to this day regrets the guilt still eating him from the inside. Claudia put a arm on Arackness shoulder with "Can't change what happened kid. Chin up and move on." She added reminding Arackness of something his mother said once.
