"Have you ever had that feeling that everyone is glaring at you?" Hedith asks Celia as they walk along one alleyway in the Isle. She was looking around and caught a few glances from people before they looked away and continue to mins their own business.
"Yeah, but not lately," Celia replied with a shrug. She saw the annoyed look on her companion's face and sighed, "Look, they'll warm up eventually. Like, you saved Auradon with Mal. What else to do to prove you're now good?"
"I don't know, probably erase all my past here?" Hedith said with sarcasm and jumped on the edge of the Isle and unto the dump of a shore.
"Well, you were a big jerk."
"Point taken."
"You sure you want to talk about it?" Celia asked and Hedith shook her head with a big grin.
"Doesn't even matter now that I think about it. Thinking about what other people think is what actually got me in trouble in the first place anyway," she said as she look for abandoned clothes with colors that she is looking for.
"Well, true and good that you think like that now," Celia agreed, and joined her, "What color are we looking for?"
"Silver, white, black and red. Evie under packed Carlos' colors," Hedith said in which made Celia smirk.
"You think I didn't notice?" She asked, teasingly as Hedith turned to her, her face void of any signs of emotions. The very sign that she is hiding something and that something is an emotion. Probably embarrassment?
"What do you mean?"
"You think none of us notice that you have a crush on Carlos? Girl, you have been picking on him the most," Celia laughed when Hedith's eyes widened in shock and her next reaction just poured alcohol into the fire. She stormed towards Celia which made the latter run away and the chase started to commence.
"I do not have a crush on that dog boy!"
"Continue to be in denial!"
"I am not!"
Their laughter stops when the Hedith felt a sudden urge of magic flows in her. Like she is back out of the Isle. She looked up and saw that the barrier is...
"It's disappearing," Celia said in awe before smiling and laughter whilst Hedith stayed dazed, "It's wonderful! Mal's taking down the barrier!"
A smile crept its way to Hedith's face laughed in joy with Celia. The daughter of Dr Facilier jumped to hug Hedith, pulling away quickly.
"I'll go see what's Uma's up to," Celia said and Hedith nodded while she started climbing up the wall.
"I'll go tell dad!"
And so the pair splits, going on their own direction. Hedith took the quickest path to the lair out in excitement. She took a turn before climbing a ladder to go to the upper side. She always had fun sneaking around, quietly and with great amount of stealth. She never imagined that she'll be doing parkour in a fast pace and as loud as possible in broad daylight. The dark clouds that once covered the Isle all dispersed and for the first tine in twenty years, the sun had hit the Isle with all of its glory.
She love the way the sun touches her bare arms. The Isle had never been this bright until now.
Jumping down the roof, she unintentionally landed right in front of one passerby. She quickly apologized in the most quirky way she could before continuing.
Unbeknownst to her, the said passerby stared at her in wonder as three more of her companions stumble out of her so called castle to observe the opening of the barrier.
"Wasn't that Hades' little brat?" The woman dressed in black and white fur asked as her acquaintance turned around and hummed.
"As mischievous as her old man."
Back to Hedith, she saw the lair just a few meters away and the gates creaked open. Hades steps out, looking at the sky. He has a smile on his face and shook his head in disbelief.
"Dad!"
Hades turned to his youngest daughter and saw the brightest smile she had ever wore. A smile that rivaled the sun itself. He was dumbfounded to see Hedith smile like that. She had never before expressed so much happiness like this before and so when she tackled him with a hug, he almost stumbled backwards.
"Mal did it! She opened the barrier!"
Hades smiled, caressing her daughter's hair, affectionately. He had felt a rush of hope for new beginning wash over him. A new hope for him to be with his lovely daughters. With no more drama and separation. Time to set things right.

The dancing on the bridge was marvelous. The scene in which both sides of this fairy tale society finally bond together through a dance number is truly amazing. The vibes are light and welcoming. The smiles of the people of Auradon that says that they truly welcome the people of the Isle of the Lost is a fresh sight. A new side of the long lasting feud between good and evil had finally come to an end.
"Mal!"
The new queen of Auradon whipped around to see her sister smiling wide and running towards her with open arms. Mal reciprocates the gesture as they meet right in the entrance of Auradon with a great big hug.
"You opened it!"
"I figured it is best if two people becomes one," Mal said and Hedith giggled. The music was amplified further up the scale and both girls smiled and joined in the fun. Dancing and singing with all of Auradon. Hedith paired up with Celia during the dances and dances right behind Ben and Mal all throughout the number.
A moment of silence followed afterwards was everyone was catching their breath. Celia and Dizzy went to Mal's side as Hedith went to Evie's. She hugged the older VK with a wide smile.
"It's all finally over," she said, her pure happiness evident in her voice. Evie chuckled at her and pulled away, tucking Hedith's one stray hair away from her face.
"Yes, it is."
Other people from the Isle brought a dragon puppet that resembles Mal's dragon form and dances around her as the new queen laughs in enjoyment. The fulfillment in her is very satisfying and Hedith can feel it radiate. The mood is so light and warm. Everything that Hedith never knew she needs and have been wanting.
"Hedith!" Uma called and the young girl saw her dancing with Evie with Harry just behind her. Jay is with Gil and the rest are dancing and having fun with the celebration, "Come on here!"
She tackled both girls, almost falling backwards to Harry. All three giggled as Hedith rummaged through her bag, "I have something for both of you."
She took out two ragdolls, of which resembled Uma and Evie. Their eyes lit up in excitement and amazement, "I got these for you two. I already finished Uma's century's ago but was contemplating whether I should already give it or add a little more piazzas. Meanwhile, Evie was a recent finished but you--"
"These are wonderful!"
"You should really work for Evie's 4 Hearts."
"Hey, where's my doll?" Harry whined which made Hedith roll her eyes.
"Oh please, you had enough stone keychains from me. That's good for you already," she teased with a laugh before someone call her name again. By the bridge stood Mal, Ben and their dad, Hades. Looks like he already gave Ben the Talk from the look on his face, "See you guys later."
And with that, Hedith ran to her family as all three of them hug for the very first time.
"I'm glad we're all together," Mal said and Hedith laughed while still holding them close to her.
"I'd say this is a happily ever after."
