The morning of the wedding had been busy. All of the citizens of Arendelle are preparing for the big wedding as the different royalties arrive from all over Auradon. Even Mal and Ben are here. Mal dressed in a signature purple dress, designed by Evie to keep Mal looking good while pregnant. Ben also arrived in his signature blue.
Another royalty arrived, being it Audrey, together with two of her other friends. Jane and Lonny. Jane was able to have her assistant Headmistress take over for a few days while she was gone and Lonny took a day off from fencing training. She would be on another competition in a few weeks.
A ship arrived in the docks, having passengers like Rapunzel her family. Her elderly parents, her husband, Eugene and their young daughter. With them are Jay and Gil who also took a few days off from their web show. They took a lift from the royalties after featuring their kingdom in their adventures.
Evie was the last one to arrive with her two top employees and personal friends, Dizzy and Celia. They arrived later than expected due to some misplaced cargo to another branch of Evie's 4 Hearts.
"Mavros!" Dizzy cheered when she saw the all too familiar hell hound just outside the gate of the castle. He recognized her and quickly galloped towards her, Celia, and Evie.
"So Hedith hadn't left yet," Celia said, checking her phone, "I swear that she told me she was leaving yesterday."
Evie chuckled and puts a hand on her shoulder, "Maybe it's a last minute decision."
"Hmm...oh well. We'll see her later."
The ceremony was a half hour away and almost everyone are in their seats. Mal and Evie are seated next to each other while the two younger girls sat on Evie's other side. Jay also sat on Ben's other side as the two converse. They were positioned around the front where the organizers but there were two vacant seats just behind Mal and Ben.
Meanwhile, Carlos has been waiting outside of Hedith's door for half an hour already. Only another half till the ceremony starts and his date is taking her precious time.
"So...how long does a man has to wait?" He asked, already expecting a blasting angry response from the Princess of the Underworld.
"Just shut up already!"
"We're gonna be late," he said, anxiously between gritted teeth. He looked into his watch as his foot started tapping. It only stopped when he heard the lock in her door clicking.
He stood straight, fixing his red and white jacket so that it wouldn't look wrinkled.
"You better look..." he looked at Hedith astonished. He hadn't seen the dress she found yesterday so it was truly a surprise for him to see her in a periwinkle dress with a touch of Greek tunic in it.
A slightly darker ribbon is tied around her waist and her shoulders were bare as the sole strap of her dress is on her left shoulder. She had done her hair and make up, herself for the reason that she doesn't trust just anyone to get what she wanted and even with that, she did it well.
Her hair is in half bun while the rest of her hair flow gracefully to the lower part of her back. A few hair framed her face while her forehead lays bare and seen.
Carlos can't help but smile at the sight of her, "...beautiful."
Hedith was quick to walk ahead of Carlos to hide the heat of her face and brushed off the speed of her beating heart.
"Yes, now don't we have a wedding to attend to?"
---
It was a close five minutes till the ceremony when Carlos and Hedith arrived. They quickly went to their seats, shocking their friends that Hedith didn't even noticed.
