TRIGGER WARNING (rape)

i still remember being pushed down on the cold tile floor,

i remember screaming for help,
begging mama to help me,

i remember him harshly covering my mouth,
ripping off my clothes,
throwing me on the floor,

i remember his belt unbuckling in a hurry,
his pants falling to the floor lightly,

i remember being pinned down,
i remember the pain,
the embarrassment,

i remember it all too well,
so painfully vivid
