Chapter 9: Rumble in the Jungle

(Now it's Strongarm's first solo mission. Bee was being over protective. Nightmare believes that Strongarm can do the mission.)

Strongarm drives in the desert, making a personal journal. Fixit calls in, interrupting and contacts her for a status report. Varian watches Fixit above the console while eating energon candies that his mom gave him for a snack. Nightmare was near the others, fixing her motorcycle. Fixit gets distracted by Denny secretly carry spark plugs. "Strongarm, continue your mission. Sorry that Fixit is bothering you every 10 minutes.",Night said over her comm.

"Finally someone who understands. Over and out.",Strongarm hangs up until someone follows her in a dust plume in her rear view.

"Where's bumblebee?", Night questions and figures out where he is. She grunts annoyed.

Strongarm expresses that Bumblebee doesn't trust her and decides to let her continue the mission. Back the scrapyard, Night fixes Sideswipe and says to Fixit that it was Denny's idea to turbo-charge their spark plugs. Varian tries pick up a stasis pod on top of Denny. He gets out, but Fixit tries to explain to him the Cybertronian technology is complicated for humans. Denny thinks that he can help out by just doing a cover story. A while later, Grimlock was now concerned where Nightmare is. She just drove out and disappeared, but wasn't going out. Strongarm was close to the Decepticon signal, but turns out it was Bumblebee again. Looks like he was paying attention to Nightmare, since she told him that Strongarm can do the mission on her own, but he was being overprotective. Now he comes along as an observer.

Back at the scrapyard, the bots were watching tv with Russell. Varian was leaning against Sideswipe's legs while eating small, candy-bite of energon sharing with Sideswipe and Grimlock. Denny works on the cybertronian blaster, but Fixit interrupts him. They start to argue about the progress of the weapons haven't been done. When Fixit tries to take back the blaster from Denny, he starts twitching again. Then Denny tries to scrap the corrosion off, "Fire in the hole!",Russell shouted in alert. The other two was shocked, Sideswipe grabs Varian to get out of the way, then-

*BOOOOM!*

The blaster explosions and breaks, leaving them both blacked in smoke.

In the jungle, Strongarm and Bumblebee find the con talking to statues and demands for the location "The Lost City of Doradus". The con spots them both, but believed they were both treasure hunter and he makes a run for it. The two bots chase after him, but lose him across the chasm. Strongarm comms Fixit to identify their Decepticon. To Bee, Night comms him about the talk they had and knew he left, "Bee. Seriously. I know you left.",she said over her helmet.

-"Nightmare, I know we talked. But I came to observe. That's all."-Bumblebee

She sighs,"Alright. Both of you be careful.". Nightmare hangs up. The Decepticon they identified was named Springload, a nutcase frog looking for Doradus. But, Fixit sends the rest of the team to assist them, but Strongarm disagrees with Bumblebee that it's the right move. As soon as Bee walked a bit far away, Strongarm calls back, telling Fixit that she made the capture. Nightmare was secretly listening to that, knew that far long they needed assistance.

In the yard, Denny was fixing the command center and Fixit was rearranged things that Grimlock, Sideswipe and Varian couldn't find. Russell stops their fighting, but undo whatever they've done. Russell comes up with an idea.

Inside a temple, Springload looks over the markings on the walls. Strongarm moves in, and discovers that his defense mechanism was armor coated in acid. Suddenly, the temple started to collapse and Springload makes an exit. Bumblebee and Strongarm use a pillar to hold the ceiling. She blasted a hole through the wall for them to escape. Once Bee yells at Strongarm, she admits that she told Fixit to not send the others, but get another chance to complete the mission herself. Nightmare drives through that jungle quietly, close to the temple. Waiting for a sense of assistance.

Done with rearranging, Denny was upset that his tv was showing the ship's manifest. Fixit now blocks him from from continuing the command console. Then the others come over with the Decepticons making alarming noises. Denny and Fixit realize that they need to work together. Back to the jungle, Nova was looking around, smelling flowers. She sees a familiar flower that was blue, white, and yellow. Now she realizes... that they were her favorite and got these flowers from Starscream for their anniversary.. "I'll find you soon...".

Strongarm and Bumblebee try to catch the con, but bee was splat by acid. The con escapes again. Strongarm needs assistance from Bee instead of being an observer. Fixit and Denny fix the Decepticon hunter and the others say that they're working together. The two head off to make more hunters for everyone else. The four made their victory.

Springload continues to beg for the location of Doradus, until the two bots found him. Strongarm imitates the con by being a spirit, saying he's not worthy. Bumblebee traps him in a casket as Springload's size. Bee admits that Strongarm did well on her first solo mission. Suddenly the ceiling breaks by something big, it was Nightmare in her Predacon mode. "Nightmare??",Bee looks up. She grumbles, looking at both of them.

"More assistance, could definitely need more help",Strongarm smiles excited. The dragon puts her head down, so they can get on. Night grabs the casket with Springload with her feet. Holding on the casket with a good grip. "Now were you following us?",Bee asked.

Nightmare snorts one like a sneeze, looking at him. The three head back to the scrapyard.
