He'd be the one to purpose to his partner. Doesn't matter what they identify as, he wants to purpose. This precious boy would have it all planned out. To the ring, he location and timing. He'd want it to be perfect. Very romantic. I'd say a candle light dinner. Blankets, and pillows. Delicious sweets and a dinner all made by him. *don't worry, he learned a thing or two from being in a relationship with partner for so long*. He'd want it to be under the stars. Soft music playing and he'd look at his partner with such love and admiration as he's go down on one knee...he'd be a nervous wreck by the way and it's nothing like he practiced in the mirror.
Always he'd slowly pull out the dark blue velvet box and open it slowly and say..

"(Y/n), you mean everything to me and I love you so much. We've been through the highs and the lows. And basically through hell and back but we became stronger and pushed past the barriers and made it as a team. (Y/n) you are the love of my life. For Raph he'd want to propose. Yeah, if his partner proposes he'd be chill with it and of course say yes but he wants to do it because...because he said so *😂*
As for him he'd try to be as romantic as he can. He'd try to make a decent meal, and if he ends up ruining it or burning it he'd order some fancy take-out to make up for it.

Anyways, he'd would like to propose to you at your place. He likes the idea of being alone with you, where his brothers aren't around to tease him and he knows you'd be patient with him and won't judge him for anything such as if he were to ramble on his words or get a little emotional when he does propose.

How it would go is that he'd bring take out to your place while you are out with your friends and try his best to look presentable. He set up the plates the best he could and once you enter your home; all confidence goes flying out the window.

He had lit up a few candles and set up your bluetooth speaker to play of your favourite songs. Finally he'd pull out a chair for you to sit down and you'd both make small talk until he finally takes in a deep breath. You knew something was off because you could easily read him like an open book.
