I made it a part of my daily routine to go to the coffee shop. My goal was to get closer to Jimin each time. Luckily, that wasn't too hard.

I sighed and quickly put on a black button up silk shirt, tucking it into black skinny jeans ripped at the knees. I wrapped a black leather belt through the loops of my pants before slipping into shiny black dress shoes. I quickly combed my dark hair off to the side before hurrying out the door with my keys tucked into my back pocket.

I slid into my car and checked inside the console to make sure my pistol was still tucked away and safe. I nodded in approval before taking off.

I quickly checked the silver watch on my wrist. 5:47 PM. I had to get there at the same time Ricky would be there. Luckily, I had managed to be charming enough to gain that information from a few regulars of the shop. That meant I had approximately thirteen minutes- ten because I had to get there early.

I shifted in my seat and gripped the steering wheel tightly as I pressed down on the gas. I quickly swerved around other cars, eyeing the time repeatedly. 5:50.

I inhaled deeply. I was about three stoplights away. With the speed I was going, I could make it before 6:00.

I gulped and sped through a yellow light, getting stuck at a red light right after that. I could see the shop ahead, painfully torchering me as I looked longingly at it while I was stuck at the red light.

As soon as the light turned green, I sped off with a low rumble. I only slowed after I passed the last green light.

I quickly swerved my car over to the side, parked along the street, and got out. I walked briskly towards the shop door.

I entered and put on a smile for that Taehyung guy. He seemed nice, but I only acknowledged him because he was clearly a friend of Jimin's.

Over the past week and a half, I had found myself becoming more and more attached to this Jimin kid. I became more and more intrigued by everything he did. Each day he took me by surprise.

One day he was shy and would blush just by glancing at me. Another day he would be so confident he would sit across from me until Taehyung began to send him angry hand motions. He was hard for me to learn how to predict, and I couldn't decide whether I liked it or not. He was too hard for me to decipher.

Taehyung sighed before speaking. "Usual?"

I only nodded and handed him the money before walking towards my usual table. I peered out the window, searching for the face of Ricky.

It was unusual for me to be so unfocused on Jimin, and I could tell that everyone noticed and turned to look at me with suspicion. I almost flinched at the sudden movement across from me.

I turned to see Jimin with his face cupped in his hands. "If you're looking for Ricky, I'd give him another ten minutes."

I opened my mouth to speak, but nothing came out. I settled for remaining silent and leaned back in my seat.

Jimin blinked a few times before speaking again. "How come you're so interested in Ricky? He's nothing but a sack of shit." Jimin laughed dryly and glanced out the window briefly.

The corners of my lips turned up in a smirk. "You'll see when he gets here." I paused as a whole new idea arose. "Actually, could you do me a favor?"

Jimin stared at me suspiciously before slowly answering. "Um... I guess so."

I smiled. "Stay here. Right here. Don't move when he comes, okay?"
