Todays Valentines day. I woke up to my moms beautiful smell of fresh pancakes. She did it every year, make pancakes and buy ashley, Jordan and I some small gifts. Daniel wasn't beside me so I walked down with my hair all messed up. I saw my mom in the kitchen, laughing and giggling. She was with Daniel, making the pancakes. "Oh Daniel, what sense of humor you have." My mom giggled. "Hi mommy, hey Daniel." I yawned, hugging my mom. It felt weird so I just smiled at Daniel. Daniel hasn't gone to work at all. But I was still planning on it, after all, I still needed the money. Its bad, real bad, only because my fanbase got suspecious. They saw how close me and Daniel got by our posts and made the ship 'Dorbyn'.

"Honey, working today?" My mom asked. "Nope, soon though." I said, taking a warm bite of my mamas pancakes. Ashley and Jordan came downstairs with smiles, eating my moms pancakes too. My mom handed Daniel a plate as Daniel shook his head," No thank you Mrs. Besson. Thank you so much, but I have to run to Angi's house to meet with her parents." Daniel said. That explained on why Daniel was well dressed. "Oh, Its alright honey, have fun." She smiled.

Daniel went to my room to grab his car keys as I followed him," So, leaving?" I asked "already?" Daniel sighed, kissing my head," I wont take long. I promise." I smiled slightly," See you later?"

"Yep." Daniel said. He grabbed his keys, giving me one last hug before he left to Angi's house. Daniel was gone as I walked back to my siblings and mother. "So? Daddy Daniel?" Jordan laughed.

"Jordan!" My mother yelled. " And to think he was cute." Ashley shook her head. "Its just a kid, its not that big of a deal."

"Your right, its a hudge deal." Ashley stated as she finnished her breakfast. She had a "boyfriend" as Jordan had a "girlfriend." So they were all going to go hang out with them today. Its always been like this on Valentines day, Ahley leaves, Jordan leaves, and me and moma stay home, watching movies and eating snacks. But this year was different. My mom even got a shift at the bakery since the bakery is always busy on Valentines day.

"Bye mom." Ashley said. "I'll be back home later." Ashley kissed my moms cheek as Jordan did too, saying goodbye.

Me and my mom were alone, only for an hour. "Sweetheart, what did you get Daniel?" She asked me. "A bear, hoodie, and beanie. Its really no big deal." I said, playing with my fingers. "Honey, whats wrong? You seem, off." My mom said, comforting me. "Im fine mom." I fake smiled. She frowned," Honey, most of the time when teenagers say their fine, they arent fine. Thats a sign that their hurting extremely hard." She said. "Now I ask again, whats wrong?"

I don't know what happend. Everything was perfect, like a real life perfect love story were me and Daniel will end up married with kids of our own. But it wasnt, it was a story where we were going to become Dorbyn until something came up, something that couldnt be undone.

"I want to be happy again." I cried. "I dont want half of Daniels love, I want all of it. But I-I ca-cant." I sobbed. My mom held me in her warm arms,"honey, its alright. Everything is okay. And if you think its too much, you can always tell Daniel the truth." She spoke, stroking my cheek. It was already her time to leave for her working shift. "Corbyn, I need to go, but promise me you'll speak to him." She said.

"I promise mama." I said, smiling when she kissed me head. "I love you hun, bye, have fun. Not too much fun." She winked, walking out of the house. I blushed, now I was alone at home. Why not take a nap?

I woke up, it was 7:45pm. I jumped foward, I had already gotten Daniels gift from Zachs car. It was in my closet, waiting to be given to him. Daniel left around 11:30am...talk about not being late. I decided to brush it off, maybe they were just talking. I watched a movie in my pj's up in my room.

My phone vibrated as Jack texted me.

Haha, very funny. But Im not sure yet, daniel didnt come home and its been hours.

Holy, what are you waiting for? Come over. Its almost eight thirty. You need to get here.

I turned off my phone, floping it down on my bed. What do I do? I walked to my closet, taking Daniels bear out along with his other gifts. I layed them out on the large stand in my room, nicely set up and decorated.

It was 8:56pm. Daniel hasnt even came home, not even texting me.

Daniel? Are you getting home soon?

Hey Dani, just came to ask you when your coming back.

Dani, love, you promised you wouldnt be late, its practically nine pm.

I waited for a reply, Im such a fool. I should've known he wasnt coming on time. I got a calm from Zach then.

"Hello?" I said.

"Corbyn? Corbyn, come over! We have loads of beer. We can get drunk and sing along to music."

I laughed at how funny Zach was," Zach, I dont know. What if Daniel-"

"Corbyn. Daniel is absolutely not coming ontime. Why spend your Valentines day waiting for him when you can come over and get high on apple juice with us?" Zach asked.

"Your right. Im coming over." I said with a slight smile.

"Okay, great! See you in five!" Zach said. I hung up, getting on a hoodie. I slipped on some shoes, walking down my stairs, maybe Daniel is busy...maybe..maybe too busy for me..
