the family bond.

THE SMALL child, (Daughter's Name) , was sitting in the child seat of the swing. Albert pushing her as (Name) went to buy ice cream.

She giggled when her mother arrived with the ice creams in hand, she handed the cone to Albert and she shared a cup of vanilla ice cream with (Daughter's Name).

(Name) kneeled down, she cooed trying to grab the attention of the baby, she obliged and opened her mouth as (Name) pushed the small spoon towards her.

"Hey, what about me?" Albert pouted, pointing to his mouth. (Name) smiled and stoop up. She also fed Albert. She shook her head, oh how childish her husband is. Then Albert took (Daughter's Name) out of the swing, setting her on his shoulder.

The evening had soon arrived, the family had finished dinner. The married couple found themselves sleeping on the couch together in each other's arms. After many attempts of getting their daughter to sleep they have finally succeeded, well that's what they thought.

They were again, woken up by the cries of the child. They untangled their arms and quickly walked to (Daughter's Name) bedroom. The little girl was curled up in a ball as her tears streamed down their face. (Name) walked towards her and wrapped her arms around her.

She bounced her, attempting to stop her cries. "Aw baby, don't cry. Did you have a nightmare?" The child nodded, rubbing her eyes that were filled with tears. Albert rubbed her small back.

"Do you want to sleep with me and papa?" She stroked her (hair colour) locks. The girl nodded and went into her mother's arms, nuzzling her tiny face into the crook of her neck.

Albert made faces at (Daughter's Name), the girl giggled. (Name) slipped her into the silky bed sheets, so did they. She wrapped her arms around her, Albert snuggled closer making sure not to hurt her.

They both smiled at each other, (Daughter's Name) had finally managed to fall asleep, and so did they.
