"I don't drink," I told you,
seeing you holding a bottle of wine in your hand.

It's been four months
since you and Tzuyu became an item.

And now, you suddenly come to me, looking wasted as hell.

"Who said this was for you?"
you asked, taking something out from your backpack.
"Here," you handed me a carton
of my favourite chocolate milk.

You and I began to sat on the porch.
I couldn't bring you in since my parents didn't like
me bringing boys in our home.

You also handed me a straw,
and I began to sip on my chocolate milk.

"What happened to you?" I asked, concerned.

"Tzuyu ghosted me."

You sighed, opening your bottle of wine.

"What?"

"She . . ." you played with the bottle cap.
"Ghosted me for two weeks,
now, she messaged me that she's sorry,
and that we should end it."

I froze, staying silent. I couldn't generate anything to say.

I would be lying if I said that I didn't feel hopeful.

"I'm sorry if I came here,"
you looked at me, forcing a smile.
"you're the closest I can go to."

I shook my head, smiling.
"I'm just glad that
you're sharing your problems.
You don't usually do that."

"I don't want——"

"To become a burden, I know," I calmly told him.
It's funny how I still knew him
at the short amount of time
that we became friends way back then.
"But you're not a burden to me."

You looked at me, and I saw how weary your eyes were.

"Thank you, Lisa," you told me.

"Anytime, Jungkook."
