Monty: *siting in his desk working *

Penny: *sees him and then grabs Carla and openly kisses her on the mouth *

Monty: *looks at them before quickly looking  back down at his work*

( in the hallway)

Monty: *rolling to the elevator *

Penny: *pins Carla to the wall beside the elevator and nuzzles her neck making eye contact with Monty*

Monty: *gets annoyed and rolls into the elevator *

( lunchtime)

Penny: *places Carla in her lap when she sees Monty roll in and gives him an evil smirk mouthing* she's mine now

Monty: *this is his breaking point as he goes to the bathroom and starts crying into his hands*

Jerome: * comes out of the bathroom stall and looks at Monty* Monty? *walks over to him and kneels beside him to meet him at his level * you okay buddy?

Penny: *walks over to Monty alone feeling shameful * Monty look I'm sorry for rubbing my relationship with Carla in your face ...it's just when you two we're together it pained me so much that I guess I wanted to show you how it felt

Monty: oh ....do you know why she left me ?

Penny: well over the years of you two dating she just didn't feel romantically attached to you as she thought she would...I promise she didn't mean to hurt you it's just she didn't know how to explain herself

Monty: So she doesn't romantically love me?

Penny: well she does want to continue being friends...if you can handle that?
