1. Username and the title of your winning book

 The Dark Epigram by KimberlyTanithMarie

2. When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?

When I was about 16, but my parents told me to focus on something else. So now years later, as an adult, I am following my dream.

3. Where do you get your information or ideas for your book?

My ideas for my books mostly come from my dreams or random thoughts.

4. What was one of the most surprising things you learned whilst writing your book?

That no matter how many times you edit something, it will never be perfect lol.

5. Do you have any suggestions to help others become better writers? If so, what are they?

To become better at something is quite simple. You need to practice. So, my advice is to just keep writing, even if it is just a few lines at a time. Do not ever stop.

6. Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say?

I hear from my readers all the time, it's one of the best things I love about Wattpad. They are always commenting about how much they love my writing and my ability to put my own unique twist on cliché stories, or how my books helped to cheer them up. That is always the best feeling, knowing that I could put a smile on someone's face.

7. What do you think makes a good story?

A good plot, proper character development, and grammar! Not saying you need a professional editor, but it does not hurt to read over your work, if even once. It shows that you care about your craft.

8. Do you have any writing goals, and if so, what are they?

To have a bestselling novel one day, I mean, what writer doesn't want that? Lol... But more so, I'd love to just be able to make people happy with my words, and so far, I have been doing a decent job

9. What helps or motivates you to write?

My readers, their support motivates me to keep going. That and my husband telling me to stop procrastinating and go sit at my desk and finish my chapter haha!

10. What is your writing schedule like?

I try to update 2x a week, usually on Tuesday and Friday
