Chapter XIII

Ellique's POV

"Queen, King... I hope it's okay with you that I still think about staying here" I said while I bow my head.

"It's perfectly fine, we don't want to force you" the Queen said, and I smiled at her.

"Thank you" I said, "We're heading to his house, now"

"Alright" the King said.

"Be careful" the Queen said.

I nod at them before Lucius and I headed up to my room. I hid my phones inside my secret drawer, and left an angel's note there.

I headed to the big window, and looked up to Lucius.

"Ready to fly?" he asked me and reached out his hand.

"Yes!" I exclaimed and took his hand.

He pulled me into his chest and he jumped out of the window. He opened his wings and flew in the air and above the clouds.

I was hugging him as the cold night wind brush on my cheeks. I stared at him, and he smiled at me. I smiled back and kissed him on the lips.

He lost flight for a second, but he regained it. I giggle at his flustered face.

"Thank you, Lucius" I said, and hugged him tighter.

Lucius' POV

As I land silently on my balcony, I brought Ellique down carefully.

"Brother?" I heard Lisa open my bedroom door.

"It's your sister" Ellique said, a little frightened.

"Don't be so scared" I smiled at her and opened the doors to my bedroom.

"Lucius!" Lisa exclaimed

"Hey, Lisa" I said and entered my bedroom.

"B-Brother..." she said quietly.

"Hello there, Lisa" I heard Ellique say, so I turned to them.

"P-Princess!" Lisa suddenly stood straight then bowed.

"No more formalities" Ellique said.

"Alright, Princess" my little sister said and smiled, then turned to me.

"Is Mom and Dad in their room?" I asked

"Uhh... No, they're downstairs" she replied "but-"

"Eating?"

"Yes, but-"

"Are you ready to talk to them?" Ellique asked, going near me.

"U-Uhmm... Guys?" I heard Lisa say.

"I think I am" I reply to Ellique.

"LUCIUS!" Lisa's shout was so loud that it made be jump.

"What?" I asked, turning to her.

"Why do you have big black wings?!" she asked.

My eyes widened and looked at my back.

"Why didn't you hide it?" Ellique whisper-shouted.

"I don't know, I though I did" I replied.

"Lisa, why did you...." Lucas entered the room and stared straight at me "... Shout..."

"Brother!" Lisa said and turned to Lucas.
