Waking in your arms for the first time,
Everything about it gave the words to my rhyme,
Drowning my senses with only you,
Remembering the feeling left me feeling blue,
Moping around the place that was once ours,
Staying awake for hours,
Drinking the only thing that reminds me of the time that you were mine,
When I was the only one that could help you be fine,
Missing the warmth beside me on the bed,
A big space left by the only person I allowed to paint my heart red,
I was determined that one day I'll be alright,
Yet it was too late when I realized that you were my light,
Every day you make me a cup of coffee with the right amount of sugar and cream,
Every night you're in my barren dream,
Only you can fill the void you left in me,
The only cup to my bitter coffee.
Drink your coffee responsibly. A high dosage of caffeine can cause problems ya know.
