CHAPTER- 13

For Sana it was the first time feeling so attracted to a guy. Jisoo was right she was staring at Jaebeom. Sana had an urge that she couldn’t help but to go and hug him as tightly as she could and tell him how much she is in love with him, to claim him to be only and only hers.
But there he was standing and was surrounded by so many girls and the one who especially bugged her was Hyeri.
Sana kept on drinking as if she was drinking water. She finished her 15th glass and slammed it on the table.
“One more please.” She said coldly
“Again a hard one?” the bartender asked
“Why you have a problem? Just do how much you have been told to do.” She would not always talk to people being so rough but this time she was because of two things, firstly because of Jaebeom and secondly because of the amount of alcohol she had drank.
The bartender obeyed what she said and when Sana turned her head towards Jaebeom now she could clearly see Hyeri and Jaebeom having a drink together. I mean those drinks which are had by locking arms and having.
Hyeri could obviously do whatever she wants because he is her date today and why not? Jaebeom definitely feels for her.
When Sana saw Suzy approaching she couldn’t help but to go there. She stomped her legs there and stood there with always ‘the badass she is’ type of a look.
“OMG! Look Sana came.”
“I can’t believe she would come to play with us”
“O God! Pinch me am I dreaming.”
“She really is a goddess up close also”
“The urge of dating her became more”
“My dream girl.”
“What are you’ll playing?” asked Sana
“7 minutes in heaven” said a boy who was drooling like anything
“Can I join you’ll” asked Sana
“Of course” was a chorus answer given by all the male and female present their except Hyeri and Jaebeom
Jaebeom looked at Sana shocked he couldn’t believe she is socializing with the others.
“Can I join too?” asked Suzy and earned a glare from Sana
“What is going on?”
“Is Suzy again trying to copy Sana?”
“Whatever it is it’s going to be fun anyways”
“Yes sure why not?” said the guys
They all sat down and one of the guy while spinning the bottle explained that while the bottle stops and points to whoever the two people be, weather a girl and a girl, a boy and a boy, or a boy and girl would have to kiss for 7 minutes.
“Rubbish.” Sana muttered and the game began
First it landed on the drooling guy and Suzy, I think he had a good luck today.
Second it landed upon two girls, well um…..for seven minutes straight it can be a bit….but they seemed to enjoy it, well I think that’s what matters, I don’t know?
Thirdly when the bottle went spinning it was about to land on me but it slightly moved towards my right where Hyeri was sitting and the person she was have to kiss was none other than jaebeom.
She bit her bottom lips and then she looked at Jaebeom’s direction, Jaebeom looked shocked and he didn’t knew what to do so he looked at Sana who was glaring at him. If glares could shoot holes into someone’s body then jaebeom would have made a world record of having hundreds shoot by now.
Jaebeom was sitting still when Hyeri came closer and everyone cheered. Sana’s eyes changed from a glare to melancholy.
“Are you seriously going to kiss her?” Sana said in her mind
“Come on kiss her” said the boy next to him
“I…um…I mean is it necessary to do it” Jaebeom said
“Yes. Of course. But if you don’t want to then Hyeri can make the first move.” Said the guy and gestured Hyeri to kiss him
“No, I don’t mean I can’t but I already—“ he was cut off when Hyeri moved close and held his head in her hand and she smashed her lips on his, Jaebeom firstly didn’t accept it but as it came to be 2 minutes he gave in.
Sana on the other hand couldn’t believe what she was seeing, it hurt her, a lot. She was unable to see the scene. Tears welled up in her eyes. She just can tolerate the fact of his lips touching somebody else’s.
“okay 10 more seconds….1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9….and 10. STOP!” said a girl looking at the watch
As they parted Jaebeom was shocked at just what happened and Hyeri was smiling like a fool everybody were cheering them on when Jaebeom eyes meet Sana’s, a tear drop ran down from her big and beautiful eyes to her cheeks and then her lips to her chin. Her eyes were red. Sana stood up and left the place in seconds. Nobody looked at her except for Suzy and Jaebeom.
As Sana left Jaebeom was trying to get up too
“So it is official that now we have a new couple, right jaebeom and Hyeri?” said the people out there
Hyeri nodded but Jaebeom was looking through the part where Sana went running and crying.
“I have to leave.” Said Jaebeom
“But why?” asked Hyeri
“I just have too! Got damn it” he said and run off from there
Sana had already reached home and was crying her lungs out she was feeling betrayed but why should she? She treated him like an object and then when he started caring for her she wanted him to be hers? How selfish can she be?
Sana wouldn’t be so sentimental and would have stayed at the party but she was drunk and the emotions were overflowing and she was crying uncontrollably
Jaebeom was running but sometimes he had to take the help of the wall because he was drunk and the world was spinning sometimes as he was running.
As he reached home he had expected to meet to a devastated Sana and he was greeted by one.
She was sitting on the sofa and was facing to the right side, jaebeom came and sat beside her and looked at her, she looked away
“Why are you crying? Did I do something wrong?” he asked and Sana looked at him while rubbing away all her tears
“Do I mean nothing to you?!!!” Sana yelled angrily
Jaebeom flinched at the sudden angry Sana.
“I…I…what do you mean?” asked Jaebeom been a little confused on what context Sana was saying all that
“You belong to me!”
Jaebeom at Sana with wide eyes.
“I belong to you?” he asked confused again he was literally not getting what she meant
“Who the hell does she think she is?” Sana spat angrily
Jaebeom realized what this was all about at that moment.
“Are you mad about Hyeri because I kissed her?” Jaebeom asked
“You looked pretty cosy to me!” Sana continued to yell
“But it was just a game, okay!” Jaebeom yelled back at her
“So you don’t have any feelings for her?” Sana questioned
“Why do you care?” Jaebeom asked also getting angry
But a second later jaebeom was pulled by his collar by Sana.
“You. Are. Mine.”
“I—“
Jaebeom was interrupted as Sana’s lips collided with his. She kissed him roughly, holding him tightly by the collar.
Jaebeom’s eyes were closed tightly shut as he tried to comprehend what was happening and tried to stop her only to melt into the kiss.
Jaebeom relaxed into the kiss and his lips moved in unison with hers. Sana was no longer rough with him as her hands came around his waist and hugged his body close to hers.
They kissed each other passionately and it was as if time had stopped around them.
The phone rang.
They separated slowly, neither of them wanting to. They stared at one another, breathing heavily as Sana grabbed Jaebeom’s phone out of his pocket and looked at the screen.
Jaebeom noticed how her facial expression changed, she looked somehow disappointed.
“Who is it?” Jaebeom asked
Sana handed the phone to him almost rudely and walked away to her room and slammed the door shut behind her.
Jaebum sat there looking at his phone screen.
Hyeri.
Nice timing.
Jaebeom didn’t want to answer but was also worried that it might be important.
“Hello.”
“Hey. You left like that from the party is it because of me kissing you like that? If yes then I am really sorry I didn’t mean it, it was all because of the game. But to be sincere to my feelings, I like you Jaebeom.”
Jaebeom wasn’t really paying much attention to her. He was thinking about what just happened. It was perfect a minute ago and now Sana was angry with him again.
He hung up the phone and threw it on the couch and headed towards Sana bedroom door.
After knocking for a while he then understood that the door was opened so he entered the room. Jaebeom saw her standing near the window and looking at the night sky.
Jaebeom slowly approached and held her waist from the back. Sana flinched a bit when Jaebeom kept his chin on the crook of her neck.
“Please don’t be mad at me. I hung up on her and came here to you. She really doesn’t matter to me. She is just one of my friend” Jaebeom quickly tried to explain himself, holding her waist and whispering in her ear softly, hoping to be forgiven.
Jaebeom frowned as he felt Sana removing his hands from around her waist and turn around.
When she faced him, Jaebeom’s eyes widened at the sight of her crying again.
“You drive me crazy” she spoke in an almost whisper, tears still welling up in her eyes
Jaebeom didn’t know how to respond
“…You’re the only good thing in my life. The only person who makes me happy….watching you with someone else….i just don’t want to lose you, to anyone” she paused and closed her eyes for a brief second, allowing the tears to fall down onto her cheeks.
“You’re not going to lose me” he finally spoke
“People always say that….my parents, they left me. How can I believe that?” she cried
Jaebeom grabbed her hand, squeezing it as reassurance.
“I’m not going anywhere. I will stay by your side as long as you let me” he kissed her forehead then
The cool breeze from the window surrounded them and they hugged each other tightly. While Sana kept her head in his broad shoulders and Jaebeom caressed her hair.
