Nico's POV

Never again," I said as I entered my room carrying a box filled with some odd trinkets and stuff.

"Oh come one it wasn't that bad," Leo said as he dropped on my bed.

I glared, "Yes it was 'that bad'."

~Flashback to 2 hours ago~

We had just arrived at a shop called Ikea, and Leo was sitting next to me in the car bouncing with excitement. Jason wanted to come but Alfred said it would be better for Leo and me to catch up.

I honestly felt grateful that it would just be me and Leo, with the exception of Alfred.

I like Alfred.

Anyway, we were walking around the store and Leo was laughing himself.

"What is it, Leo?" I said after 3 minutes of him laughing.

"What the fuck are these names?" He said finally, wheezing a bit.

I raised an eyebrow and tilted my head, the names were honestly really weird.

Like seriously what the fuck is an Alsarp? As I looked closer I was shocked that I could even read that and then I remember the blessing I got from Athena.

Mother fucker I can read Ikea language. (A/N: I wrote this line at 3am wtf was I on?)

We continued walking around the store, getting a few things along the way. I was looking at the rugs with Alfred when I realized that Leo was no longer trailing behind us.

"Uh, Alfred do you know where Leo is?"

Tilting his head he looked around and sighed, "No, could you go look for him, Nico?"

I nodded and walked off to try and find him.

I spotted him sitting down on a bed that was on display and walked over to him, "Leo get up we need to go find Alfred before he leaves without us."

The elf just smirked and grabbed my hand pulling me down on the bed laughing, "Nope~!"

Shaking my head at his antics, I smiled and stared up at the ceiling.

"So oh great powerful Nico, what gifts have the Gods graced you with?" He said in a teasing voice.

I rolled my eyes, "Eh you know, the usual."

"Nu-uh you aren't getting out of this that easily~," Leo said as he turned on his side and started tickling me.

I tried to hold in my laughter but then let out short wheezes and laughs, smiling like a maniac.

This is nice... I feel like all my worries are gone just me and a friend who I trust with my life. I feel like a child back with Bianca back when times were easy when it wasn't so hard to catch a break.

"Sirs please you need to get off the bed if you aren't going to buy it-"

Leo stopped tickling me and looked at the shop clerk, I panted and cleared my throat.

"Uh yea sorry," I said and got off the bed smiling at bit at her.

Leo on the other hand rolled off the bed and landed on the floor with a loud thud. Getting up, dusting himself off Leo waved to the store clerk and waltz away.

I rolled my eyes and started walking off to find Alfred.

"I still wanna know what the Gods blessed you with, cause Percy and the rest of the seven are pissed at the Gods and you," Leo said as he looked around for Alfred too.
