(y/n)'s Pov narration
2018 'sigh', it is nearly over. I am writing this into my diary to say the least. Well, let's recap. So in terms of swimming, I had a very good year. But you can say that _ had a better year. While I went to the Junior pan pacs, _ went to Jakarta for the Asian games. Lucky bastards. Anyway, so onto me. My Junior pan pacs went pretty well for a debut and was a complete blast. Five star hotels, eating food under the night sky, man it was awesome.
(Disclaimer: This could be false. But from what I have heard from my coach, this should be pretty accurate.)
Man when they saw it, they were so jealous. The event was during the duration of the Asian games. As such, they could not come. Suck on that. Anyway. It was a really good meet, I made all the B-finals, in 4 events the 200 fly, 400 free, 400IM and 200IM. In the 200fly, I did a 2.01.82. In the 400 free, I did a 4.01.34. 200IM, I did a 2.09.60 and in the 400IM, I went 4.35.60. Neat. So yah. After that, I travelled across the world for the FINA world cup. Man it was a blast. Seeing different countries and racing some of the best. It was awesome. I went all six legs in Kazan, Doha, Eindhoven, Beijing, Tokyo and the last leg in Singapore. I managed to 2 medals, both times in the 200 fly. In Beijing and Singapore. It was really nice to get a medal in front of your home fans in your backyard. I was actually asked if I wanted to go for the short course meet but I had to much racing so I decided against it. I needed a break. So I went to Zurich with my family and a few friends for snowboarding a skiing for about 12 days. Which was nice.
Now onto _. (x/n) held the 100 and 200 free U-14 record...
And then got promptly beaten by (m/n). She is a year younger than the rest. It sucks.
Anyway, their music did quite well. They released 2 albums, both having 2 title tracks. So 4 MV. They had 78, 72, 84 and 70 million views each. They also sold over 225 thousand copies. They also held concerts in Southeast Asia. The locations. Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Myanmar. They also held 2 concerts in China, having around 7500 people. Overall this year, it was extremely good. Breakout might not be the right word, but they are on their way to dominating the Asian market. It was interesting, but they had a lot of fun as well. So I can safely say it was a good year for them.
Onto the Asian games. They did alright for themselves there. (x/n) just did the 200 free. She made the finals and got a new PB a 2.01.90, finishing sixth. (z/n) did the 100 back and 200 back. She only got 11th in the 100 back, but managed to get a new PB in a 1.04.36. The 200 back is her pet event and she managed to get to the finals, finished 7th with a 2.15.46, which was a new national record as well. (b/n) only did the 200 fly as the other compatriots were faster than her in other events. She qualified for the finals and finished with a 2.13.20, finishing 7th in the finals. (g/n) did the 200 breast and got to the finals. She did a 2.13.54 in the finals for 7th place and getting an U-17 record. (m/n) and (g/n) did the 200IM, but did not get into the finals, finishing 14th and 13th respectively. (m/n) did the 400 free and managed to get into the finals, doing a 4.19.50, but finished last, but it was an Under-14 record. She is only 13. She also did the 400IM as well. But finished in 9th, just missing out. She did a 5.00.90. She was so pissed off when I called her. Anyway, their tour or concerts were after Asian games and came back on the 20th of November. After that, they went to the Maldives for 2 weeks to rest. They deserved it. Well. That's it from me. This is (y/n) signing off. A new year, a new chapter begins. Let's see if there is more drama than this year. Closing off, I wonder how Yuna is doing?
Yuna's POV
31st December 2018...
A new year is coming, as well as my debut! I got accepted into JYP in Feb of 2016. I was so excited that I forgot to tell Ephraim about it. Speaking of hm, I have not seen him nor checked up on him, he should be alright, I mean he is making millions right now just gaming and vlogging. I met some amazing girls and we got along really well, we were almost like sisters. Yeji, Jisu (though note that I will be referring to her by her stage name most of the time), Ryujin, Chaeryeong and Somi. Oh yah, that reminds me of Somi, in July, Somi said she wanted to leave JYP. But we were able to convince her to stay.
