(First off: While doing this. i never once realised that TWICE had 'FANCY' playing during the intro for the fucking flags. Well done to the girls. Wow. But besides that. Everyone stay home and stay healthy. We are all in this together and stay safe everyone)
Session 2 is underway with the Men's 400 freestyle, or not really yet. It is currently 7.50p.m and _ and ITZY are currently outside chatting. In the afternoon they saw each other dance and gave feedback. ITZY members were impressed.
(b/n): What is your schedule after Dalla Dalla?
Yeji: As in you want to know what our daily lives have become?
(b/n): Pretty much I guess.
Lia; Ok. So around 6am we wake up. We have about half an hour for breakfast before we head of to do stuff. Then we have a practice session then some filming and promotion then lunch then some more stuff. I guess we usually sleep at midnight. It's different during breaks.
Ashley: wow. Only six hours. Ephraim usually sleeps latest on morning training days at 9.30pm. On Sundays, he sleeps at 10pm and wakes up at 7am. He goes for a morning run and then at night cycling.
Somi: He's that hardworking. How tall and how heavy is he?
(z/n): Last I remembered, he is around 184cm and weighs around 70kg. He's body fat mass is around 6 percent. He eats a lot. Like 3 of our meals combined. I am pretty sure he eats more than the six of you combined and we know idols don't eat that much.
Yuna: Wow. I knew he ate a lot but not that much.
(z/n): His metabolism rate is out of this world. Anyway, it is 8pm already. The competition has already started.
The 400 free saw Sun Yang take the gold medal where the controversy was that Mack Horton refused to share the podium with Sun Yang.
Chaeryeong: Eh? Why is the Australian refusing to share the podium and take photos with Sun Yang?
(x/n): Those two have a really dodgy history together. Sun Yang in 2014 was banned for 3 months after being found with drugs and Mack called him a 'drug cheat'. It's really complicated. Then this year, Sun Yang managed to dodge a ban as he was found to have taken drugs again. It's really complicated but it really infuriates us that he somehow got away with it.
(z/n): Agreed. It is similar to ikon's B.I. You know, it's really sad that the industry is like this. Yuna unnie, I am glad you joined JYP, they seem to really care for their artist.
Yuna: Thank you.
Now onto the 100 breast semi-finals. The five girls were all excited, confusing the ITZY girls.
Ryujin: Why are you girls so excited?
(x/n): Well, it is Adam Peaty now and it's the semi-finals. He has a tendency to break world records in semi-finals.
Lia; oh. I get it.
Adam Peaty's race was awesome. He became the first male swimmer to do an under 57 seconds for a 100 breastroke, doing a 56.88. He got a standing ovation.
Ryujin: Wow... Incredible.
(x/n): I know. But wait until you watch the 4x100 free. Oh that's a classic.
We cut to the 4x100 free where the Americans and Russians had such a close race that awed the six girls. The Americans had barely out touched the Russian. The atmosphere was outstanding.
Chaeryeong: Incredible. It's really impressive. I am so amazed.
Somi: Yah. Just the level of competitiveness is impressive. Just this day alone has given me mad respect for this sport. How much do you girls make.
(x/n) sheepishly: We are kind of the odd ones out. We have a huge following in one of the fastest growing regions, so we are not exactly in the most financial struggles. But some swimmers don't even have enough to pay for their rent. We are the odd ones out. Huge youtube channel and music good music. You need to be really successful.
Chaeryeong: That's just sad.
(x/n): Yah. But I am glad that the swimmers are taking it more into their strides.
Chaeryeong: What do you mean?
(x/n): You won't understand.
Chaeryeong: Ok... Got it
So Day 1 over, Day 2 begins.
(z/n) was up, she did a 1.03.58, finishing 43rd as ITZY continue to watch. The next day, Clydi swam the 200 free, finishing 27th. (b/n) then swam the 200fly women the next day, doing a 2.12.36, finishing 20th. They then watched Milak on that day beat the world record in the 200fly.
Next day, (g/n) swam the 200 breast, doing a 2.29.82, finishing 22nd. (m/n) and Clydi swam the 4x200 free, doing a 1.59.42 and 1.59.06 respectively, doing a 8.01.56, finishing 9th and making it to the Olympics for the relay.
(For relays in the world champs, if you are top 12 and Olympics is the next year, the team automatically qualifies for it).
The 200 backstroke for the females was taken by (z/n) she did a 2.14.06, finishing 31st. on that day, they watched Caleb Dressel, Regan Smith and Anton Chupkov break the world records in the 100 fly men, 200 back women and 200 breast men.

200 back
26th July Night
Yeji: Well, it has definitely been a blast. Great knowing you girls.
(x/n): Definitely. It has been wonderful Yeji. All the best for your comebacks.
Lia: Thank you. All the best for the year and the future.
(m/n): You too. Fighting!
With that, ITZY left. They waved goodbye. Forging new friendships. Little did they know, they will cross paths again.
On the final day, (m/n) did the 400IM, doing a 4.57.38, finishing 23rd and (z/n) did the 4x100 medley. Doing a 1.03.38 as the team finished 21st.
(For the time being. i will post on Friday and Sundays. Remember, stay at home and stay safe)
