Chapter Six- The Gem of Fury

 "We need to find some sort of Red tree filled with rage and worry like monsters," exclaimed Oxin as he observed the note. "But a tree can literally be anywhere though," replied Steve as they travel across vast waters. Oxin looked on the back of the note. He saw a map. "I think the x on the map is where the tree is!" exclaimed Oxin. They went towards the x on the map, and they found a big tall red tree with blazes and wither skeletons surrounding it. "I guess we have to fight our way in!' shouted Hazel. They fought the beasts, clearing out the area. "So next, the rift should be here. Maybe inside the tree," replied Oxin. They found an opening, and they saw a purple rift, with a whistle purple mist dispensing out of the rift. "This is the rift I'm pretty sure. Should we go in?" asked Alex. "Yes. But keep your guard up though," replied Oxin. They stepped into the rift, and they appeared in the Nether, but different. "What happened to the Nether?" asked Steve. There was black vines hagging onto the Netherrack. "It looks like the deed of Goliath. "If he does this to our world, we would be doomed. We have to find this Gem," replied Hazel. they spotted a strange castle in the distance. "That looks like Goliath's Castle that we snuck into to stop Golaith's army, but his castle looks pretty empty. They might be at Nexus starting the War they planned. Hopefully, Leo is okay," explained Steve.

  "The note says to d the castle of flame so you can grasp the flame. I'm sure the Gem of Fury is inside of his castle!" exclaimed Oxin. They rushed to the castle with their Netherite armor, and their stone gauntlets. They stepped into the castle halls and found a few guards. They hid inside a nearby chest, and they could hear the guards talking about the grand feast they were preparing before the war. Also, they talked about how one of the guards found a strange machine called the Fury Eradicator. They were going to blow it up because it forms the Gem of Fury. "we got to find this machine quick!" shouted Alex. One of the guards had a key in their pocket, and they spotted a door with a sign stating Factory. "I think the machine is in the factory, and the key might open it," replied Alex. Steve used the gauntlet to lift the key towards him. He then stuck it into the keyhole and entered the factory. "I got a plan. Alex and Steve go get the Gem. I and Hazel will go into the feast room and massacre the guards and the staff to get rid of Goliath's army," exclaimed Oxin. "Ok. Be careful," replied Steve. They looked around the factory looking for the machine. They found a room filled with beds for the staff. Alex found a journal under a bed. 

 "Hey, Steve. Look at this book I found! it is called the Fury Eradicator instructions. This might help us power on the machine!" exclaimed Alex. She began to read it. "Whoever is reading, stop Goliath he is a terrible man. The Gems are his weakness, and I made a machine to produce Fury Gems. Made from pure matter and magic, all you need to do is fuel-up the blast furnaces with the flames of nature, and those of man. Lastly, sacrifice a Nether Star into the fueled up machine, then it will burst with flaming particles, and it will create the Gem of Fury. Beware, there is a lava overflow," read Alex. "We need to kill the wither to get a Nether star. We need four soul sand, and three wither skulls, but I heard they are very rare, and they drop from withering skeletons. Hopefully, here is a machine that produces wither skulls somewhere around here," replied Steve. They found a machine that does produce wither heads, but they're doing it for evil purposes. They are going to spawn a bunch of withers for the final war. They grabbed three wither skulls and then exploded the machine with their stone gauntlets. They headed outside the castle and gathered soul sand. "Ok. Now, we need to create the wither. I want to do it in a Nether cave," replied Steve.

 "Actually, there is an arena inside the castle that we can fight the wither in. I spotted the door just across the hall," exclaimed Alex. They entered the arena, and they crafted the wither with the correct recipe. "Should we place the last skull? I heard the wither can really damage you," replied Alex. "We need to save the world from Goliath, and we need to get this Gem of Fury now!" replied Steve. Alex backed up as Steve placed the skull onto of the middle block of soul sand. "We can do this!" exclaimed Alex as she charged for the wither. "WAIT! The WITHER explodes after its done spawning...," explained Steve. the wither exploded everything around it, including Alex as she knocks backward across the arena. "Ouch!" Alex exclaimed. Steve fired arrows straight for the wither as it flew up towards the nether ceilings. The wither gave Steve a power sock of wither effect. "That wither effect bypasses through our armor. we need to be careful, this wither can decay our protection," explained Steve. Alex fired some Spectro arrows at the wither, damaging it more. The wither was at its next stage at his half health. It had a blue force field around it, protecting itself from the arrows. It summoned an army of wither skeletons, and they attacked Steve and Alex.

 They fought the naughty skeletons, as they withered Steve and Alex. Alex was getting extremely low on health, and needed a potion of healing or a golden apple eventually. Steve used his shield to block the wither skeleton's swords as they swung them at Steve. Then that's when Steve realized Alex was about to die. He tossed a splash potion of Healing at her, and once he did, the wither skeletons died off. "I think the wither's weakness is healing!" exclaimed Steve. Steve used his stone gauntlet to zap the wither with a healing effect. They wither got weaker. It charged straight towards them, ripping their armor on the way. "oof," exclaimed Alex. She stabbed the wither on the back with her sword, and then in a matter of seconds, the wither was about to explode. "Back away!" shouted Steve. Boom! The explosion echoed through the castle, striking Goliath's ears. "No. The gauntlet guardians must've escaped my trap. And now they are here to claim the fury," whispered Goliath to himself. He knew that they were going to get the Gem of Darkness next, and Goliath wants it in his grasp to be powerful, making his army stronger with it. He knew it will come with a great price. He dashed towards the exit portal, leaving the Nether, and going straight for Nexus.

 Steve and Alex succeded the fight against the wither, claiming the Nether star. "Now we can activate the Fury Eradicator," exclaimed Steve. They rushed into the factory and stopped at the machine. "Ok once the lava starts bursting everywhere, grab the Gem, and head out," exclaimed Alex. Steve tossed the star into the machine. Suddenly, the machine burst flaming particles around them, forming the Gem. Steve grabbed it and ran out of the room with Alex. "We got the Fury Gem! Two out of four to unlock the elemental powers of the Caster's Gaunlet. Next, the Gem of Darkness. There is no time to waste!' exclaimed Steve. They ran into the castle diner and spotted Hazel and Oxin slaying guards. "Did you get the Gem?" asked Oxin as he fought a guard with an axe."Yes. We got to get out of the Nether now," exclaimed Steve. They looked around the castle for an exit portal. "Wait, how will we know where the next Gem is if we didn't get any hints or notes for it?" asked Oxin. "Goliath might have it so he can grab it before us. I think he's heading there now!" exclaimed Alex.
