"He's gone," Caveira said. "Nobody talk to me." Upset that she couldn't hunt down her target, she walked back to her locker room.

"Well," Ash turned to Dokkaebi. "That was pointless."

Echo detected nearby.

The watch confiscated from Tavi began beeping.

Echo detected. Downloading.

"Let's see." Dokkaebi tapped the watch and received audio transmission.

"Thank you for treating my wound. A wound caused by a bullet from team Rainbow. It's okay. No hard feelings. I am a mystery. I always have been. I don't even know who I am. But I realized that fighting for The Division isn't for me. I even contemplated fighting alongside Rainbow but... I am going somewhere else instead. All the notes, government files, and things I've discovered are in that watch. Good luck in the hunt for the truth.

Maybe one day the world will read about me. The real world."

"This watch is amazing." Dokkaebi admired the watch, turning it sideways and under. Inspecting it to the fullest. "I'll get to work looking for the files in this thing."

At the lunch room, Bandit and Glaz shared a bowl of salsa and chips. They recounted their experience in New York.

"Lethal Citizen? That is the best codename ever," said Bandit.

"The way you sprung into action. It was like something out of a bad fan fiction story. AMAZING!"

"Guys, I got the sodas." Recruit held a 2-Liter Dr. Pepper in both hands and poured on a cup for Bandit and Glaz.

"You know," Bandit said. "I feel like we did some good in New York. We took down random punk ass gangsters."

"There are still people in New York. They deserve someone to look after them." Glaz suggested.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"3 men in New York hunting down wannabe warlords."

"I'll eat to that." Recruit said and dipped a chip on the salsa.

IQ and her squad entered the lunch room. They just returned from Washington D.C.

"What a day." IQ walked to the freezer and opened a pack of Tostino's Pizza rolls. "I need this." She said.

"You good?" Pulse said.

"I can't help thinking about the photo I saw. He had a friend. Or family."

"Hey. Everyone has someone. But they chose their path. They could have given up their military gear and weapons, but they decided to keep them, and we know that rogues will use those weapons against us."

"And that's why we should kill them?"

"They're terrorists."

"Right." IQ pondered for a moment, "I just... I've been told The Division were just a bunch of regular people before they were activated. It doesn't seem straight that they all just go blood-hungry."

"They were told to stand down. They made their decision." Pulse patted her on the back before leaving her alone, "What we do is not easy. I understand that."

"IQ?" Recruit said, "You look overwhelmed."

"I'm just confused."

"If this is about what is happening in the world right now, yeah me too. All we get is briefings about the missions, but we never get to see TV for the news. Our outside knowledge is lame. It's like living in quarantine but with 1 channel."

IQ's eyes looked straight at Recruit. "Somehow, I feel like you know more than us." She smiled and left.

"Well," Recruit said to himself. "I left New York with some pretty cool loot." He rolled his left sleeve up, "How can I go on Google News with this watch?"

Echo detected.

"What the?"

Echo received. Downloading visual transmission. Echo activated.

"I'm glad we could meet."

"I think it will benefit us both, Director 6."

"I agree, Aaron Keener."
