The Secret Behind the Closed Door

Chapter Three: "Temporary" Death

Meanwhile, class has ended. Tash waited outside for her friends because they were assigned to clean the room that day. While waiting, she fell asleep for a moment.

Tash woke up in  her dream, she stood up in front of her classroom. No one was there except her, she thought that Julia and Victoria already left her behind. She looked around, the area was dark and scary. Tash took out her flashlight from her phone and went to the gates of the school.

When she arrived at the exit, her jaw dropped after seeing the gates closed. Tash qucikly ran towards it and tried to force it open. Sadly, it didn't work at all.

She kept trying as she yelled "Please! Help me get out! I'm stuck! Anyone, please!!"

Suddenly, a mysterious shadow appeared behind her back. It just stood still and didn't move an inch. Tash was intimidated by its appearance, so she asked as she trembled in fear.

"W-WHO ARE YOU?!"

The figure didn't respond at all instead, it took out a knife from it's back while walking slowly towards Tash. She saw the figure getting closer and closer, she couldn't seem to escape in that situation. Her only choice is to open the gates.  Tash tried to open it with all her strength as she cried for someone to help her get out.

"HELP!! Someone help me! I don't want to die!!"

Luckily, the gates opened and Tash rushed outside while she was being chased by the figure. She kept running until she reached another hallway. She stopped for a while hoping that the mysterious figure lost her and panted in order to catch her breath.

Tash decided to run since her energy was restored. Meanwhile, she was running for a long time that she noticed that she haven't reached the end yet. A sudden realization came into Tash's mind, she was running in circles the whole time. Tash didn't know what to do anymore, she sat on the ground and curled up while crying. She didn't even know that she's just dreaming yet.

While crying, a door appeared out of nowhere, it was the mysterious door. Tash saw the shadowy figure standing still beside it. She was too scared to go in so she shook her head to refuse. Sadly, the figure came towards her and pulled her hair to force her to go inside. Tash struggled to escape, but it did not work. She was pushed inside and landed on the dead rotting bodies of countless students that she saw earlier, but Julia and Victoria was there too.

Tash whimpered, "T-This is not real....Maybe, it's just a dream..Haha.." 

The dead bodies stood up and whispered to her ears, "Save us.....Let us free....Help us....." as they reached out for help.

The mysterious figure went in front of Tash, and spoke to her "You're next.".....

Tash was awakened by Julia and Victoria, "You've been sleeping for a while, are you really that tired, Tash?" Victoria questioned.

"Y-Yes....Let's go home." 

They went home together while Tash told them about her dream or maybe nightmare....
