This one was pretty obvious. During the Transference, Myra yielded her heart to the Ichor to show submission BUT, sympathetically, given a fragment to keep with her. Hence, the pendant is the result of this sympathy. So, customarily, a WITCH FALLS IN LOVE ONCE. Done. De nada. No more. Come on, the convo with Circe and with Mando made this explicit.
