The way someone acts
Tells you everything
It tells you
How they feel
How they felt
And how they never will
It tell you
That you weren't enough
That you were second
That your best
Wasn't up to their standards
That no matter
How hard you try
They wouldn't stay
They would walk out
Never turn around
And never come back
The way someone speaks
Shows who they are
Shows how they see the world
And you
The way they talk
About you
Shows if they care
It shows that you are
A disappointment
Ugly
Lame
And how
they will never care
And never did
The way someone looks
At others
Shows you how you look
To them
They don't care
That you did your hair
That you did your makeup
That you actually tried for once
That you put effort into it
They don't care
And they never will
The way someone
Acts
Looks
And speaks
Is heartbreaking.
