I had now changed into my robes. The train stopped. Draco followed me out the door. "Firs' years. Line up, don' be shy. Follow me to da boats." A man said. He was perticularly tall, and had a great amount of body hair.
I saw Carson Pine as I was looking around at the crowd of eleven-year-olds. "Storm, come on. Let's get in this one with Crabbe and Goyle. Come on!" I heard Draco say as I stopped glaring at Pine. I followed Draco into a small boat. "Hey Riddle, Malfoy." Crabbe said, helping me into the boat. I took the one at the front, with the light. Draco sat behind me, Crabbe behind him, Goyle behind him. "You guys need to need to help me keep my rep, but people can't know about my parents. Alright?" I said looking back at the boys. Crabbe nodded and then Goyle said, "Well, how do we do that? Just make sure no one notices you or makes friends with you? That could work." We all just looked at him. "No, you idiot. We just say it is just another Riddle name. That is the obvious answer." Draco said.
Soon, we were able to see an enormus castle through the mist. "Wow. That is some school." I said, amazed. Draco nodded. We pulled up to the school and got out. The giant man led us through the castle and into a hallway filled with portraits and many, many, many flights of stairs. A slim woman wearing green, velvet robes was standing at the front of the hall. "Good evening, students. When you enter the Great Hall, you will sit down at your table, but first, you will be sorted into your houses. Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin." She said. At the mention of Slytherin, Draco gave me a wink. I smiled back. "My name is Professer McGonagall and I will teaching you Transfiguration. I shall return in a few minutes." She finished. "So, the rumors were true. Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts." Draco said. "You will soon realize some wizarding families are better than others. We can help you there." I added. Draco stuck his hand for Potter to shake it. What is he doing? "I think I can tell he wrong sort for myself, thanks." Potter said. McGonagall came out and brought us into the Great Hall. I looked up and saw the night sky. A girl appeared beside me. "It's not real. It's just bewitched to look like the night sky. I read about it in Hogwarts A History." She said. I kept walking, trying to keep up with Draco, who had gotten seperated from me a while back. I finally caught up and stood beside him. A man I immediately recognized as Albus Dumbledore started talking about rules and boring things so I kind of zoned out. A few more things happened but I wasn't really listening. I was more interested in the sorting. Then, I felt a nudge in my arm. It was Draco. He pointed up where McGonalgall was standing. "When I call your name, please come up and I will place the sorting hat on your head. Hannah Abbot." McGonagall explained. "Hufflepuff." The hat said. "Hermione Granger." McGonagall called. "Gryffindor." A few more names were called and I was losing intrest again. "Harry Potter." The whole room went quiet. We waited and waited but the hat just could not decide. Finally, it made its decision. "Gryffindor." It said. "Storm Riddle." I looked at Draco and then walked over to the hat.
I sat on the stool and then the hat was placed on my head. "Another Riddle, eh? Your mother was a Slytherin. So was your father. You will meet your parents one day. I see it." It said to me. I will get to meet my parents? When?  I thought. "Yes. You will.  But I can't say when. Slytherin!" It called out. I got up and went to the table full of people clapping. A emerald green emblem with a serpent on it appeared on my robes. My black and white tie turned to green and silver. I sat down. Draco was called and he was sorted into Slytherin. He came over and sat next to me. A couple more names were called and then Dumbledore gave a speech. "...Let us eat." He finished. I looked at all the food and then at Draco. "Merlin, I am hungry." He said. We both piled our plates high will all of our favorite foods.
