How is this possible? "I think... I think we ought 'ta have ourselves a little chat. This ain't normal. I don't even know what it means. You?" Evelyn was obviously confused... in her own way. "No. Not the slightest idea. But you are right, we need to talk. Alone." I looked at Pansy and then glared at Charlotte. Evelyn started towards to the door and I followed her.
We made it to the almost-empty common room and sat on a couch. "You ain't told me 'ya name yet and I think it is pretty much mandatory now. Tell me your name and everythin' about ya." Evelyn said. "My name is Storm Riddle and I think you should go first." I need to know if I could trust her. Evelyn's violet eyes widened and then mouthed 'Riddle?' She then smiled as if she knew something I didn't. "Well, Stormy, my parents were Death Eaters. And I feel like you might know a thing or two about Death Eaters. Am I right? Anyways, name's Evelyn Germaine. I'm turnin' twelve in February, my folks' names is Alexandra and Peter Germaine." Evelyn leaned back onto the couch and popped a piece of Droobles Best Blowing Gum into her mouth, chewing on it loudly. "Your turn."
"Well, you are correct, Germaine. But I know way more than just a thing or two. After all, my father did create it. My full name is Storm Bella Riddle. You know who my father is and I have no idea of who my mother is. I was raised by my godfather and his wife, who have a son our age named Draco. His parents were also Death Eaters." I finished. I reached into my pocket and, trying to copy her a little bit, pulled out a bag of lemon drops Aunt Narcissa sent me for the train ride and put one in my mouth.
"I think we should go to the library and research it tomorrow. I mean, who knows what it could mean? We need to figure this out." I said, while Evelyn was still smacking on her bubblegum. "Well, I'm gonna go to bed. looks like we got a pretty big first mornin' 'ere, ain't we?" I nodded and followed her up the stairs.
