Hi people! I just wanted to let you know that I did not make this to trigger you. This book is obviously a read on your own risk. I did not force anyone to read it. This was my way to feel better. The second u get triggered is the moment u should have stopped reading. The title is called "my suicidal thoughts" and that should have been enough to tell that this book is triggering. I'm sorry if I have triggered you.
I also said in the beginning that if u need to talk then I'm here But also remember that I am human which me that I'll try my best but sometimes my advice doesn't help and sometimes it does. I'm, not a therapist and the only phycology class I've taken was in my sophomore year.
