Mina wasn't that impressed with the lacrosse practice Scott and Stiles forced her to go to. She was rather bored with practice and wanted to go home. She even tried to...numberous times...but either Scott or Stiles were there to stop her. She rolled her eyes each time before she went back on the bench. She even grabbed Scott by the throat and threatened to kill him if he got in the way again. Mina was more irritated when Stiles told her to pay attention to Liam and see if she could catch any werewolf senses off him. Mina found none and even old the guys that but they still went to the interrogate Liam after practice, they even made her stay outside and wait for them. When they came back, she slapped the back of their heads and called them idiots for making her wait. That got a response from Liam when he came out of the locker room and told her maybe that would knock the stupid out of them. Stiles felt his eye twitch when Liam was flirting with his girlfriend but felt better when she downright shot him down.

"This is stupid," Mina muttered as Stiles forced her to go to their shared math class. "I have better things to do than go to school."

"Well, too bad," Stiles said as he spots Malia trying to leave. He sighed before giving Mina a pointed look. "Don't move."

He ran over and grabbed Malia's shoulders before he forced her inside. "I hate math. It's pointless," Malia complained.

"It's school," Stiles reminded her. "School is important, and math is essential."

"To what?" Malia asked as Stiles forced her into her seat.

"Knowing how much to tip at restaurants."

Lydia, hearing the whole conversation, gave Stiles an annoyed look before leaning closer to Malia. "And less important things like medicine, economics, engineering," she began listing off.

Stiles nodded at her before adding, "Tipping."

Malia glared at Stiles. "If it's so important, then why isn't Mina here?" She'd only stay if Mina was there.

Stiles gave her a confused look. "What do you mean? She's right..." Stiles went to point at the desk next to him, but his eyes widened when it was completely vacant. He didn't realize when Mina slipped away from him. "Oh, no."

Stiles shot out of his seat and was about to run, but their math teacher pointed at him. "Take a seat, Stiles."

Stiles's mouth opened. "But..." The teacher gave him a look and motioned to his seat. Stiles sighed as he sat down. He immediately took his phone out and began messaging the Hale. "Where the hell did you go?"

Mina was happy to be out of school. She had important things to do and going to school wasn't one of them. She caught a familiar scent on her way to school. She remembered the smell of one of her torturers when she was captured. Mina knew if the right-hand man was in Beacon Hills then sooner or later he will too.

Mina ran into the woods as fast as she can. She ran past the reserve and kept running. The scent was getting stronger by the minute and that weird pull inside her chest was getting stronger the longer she was away from the school.

Mina stopped once she got to a small clearing. Her eyes found the abandoned farm that looked a bit run down. Her hand grabbed the tree branch as a small memory began to return.

"What does this have to do with me?" Mina wanted to rip Deucalion's head off and cut the rest of Kali's feet off. She had the Darach to focus on. She didn't need the Alpha Pack on her ass right now. She tried to get out of Kali's hold, but the wolf was stronger than her.

Deucalion seemed to notice and chuckled. He brought his cane up and pointed it towards her chest. "You feel that? It's the fighter inside of you. You want to rip our throats out and go back to your pack. To protect them. To fight off any danger that threatens them. That's loyalty and dedication. That is what we need here. That's what we have here."
