DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN BOKU NO HERO ACADEMIA OR ANY OF THE CHARACTERS

______Midoriya POV______

"If you weren't aiming to be a hero, I'd ask you to be our informant," Shigaraki commented as he skimmed through my hero notebooks.

I didn't respond. He'd found my journals under my bed and ever since then all he's done is scan through them and make comments while I played Super Smash Bros. I put down my controller with a sigh. After that little incident with me grabbing his arm, Shigaraki decided to stick around for a bit. And by a bit I mean for 4 hours... At first, we'd just been playing Super Smash Bros in my room, but then after my mom came home I had to lie and tell her Kacchan had come over. Luckily, she didn't press the topic, and just offered to make us lunch. She left sandwiches outside my room just a few minutes ago, and Shigaraki and I were still snacking on them.

Currently, he was leaning against my bed while I switched off the game. It was already getting dark outside, and I was surprised that he hadn't left already, but I was hesitant to ask why. I looked over at him. He was flipping through my most recent notebook, number 13, and was just about done reading it. Once he hit the last page, he looked up to meet my eye.

"So, do you have any more of these or what?" He asked gruffly.

"Uh, no..." I said diverting my gaze from his face. "I mean I have other notebooks! Just not any more of those ones." I added quickly. I had stopped writing in my Hero Analysis For The Future notebooks about a year ago after I met All Might, mostly because I didn't have the time; when I was writing in those journals I would always spend hours online, looking up and researching heroes, especially the ones I'd seen in action. But now, I had school, and training for U.A.

"Well, can I see them?" He asked as if it were the most obvious question in the world.

"Oh, uh..." I started. I already disliked the idea that a villain was basically going through all of my stuff... but I also kind of wanted to not die so... "Sure!" I replied in a fakely cheery tone, crawling over to the bed. I began rummaging under it while Shigaraki sat beside me. I was trying to reach one of my really old notebooks located all the way in the back, and I just barely managed to reach it. Pulling it out from the underside of the bed, I was surprised to look at the date of the journals.

"Five years ago..." I muttered reminiscently. I took a brief moment to look at the journal. This was one of the first notebooks I'd written in, around the time when I first started my efforts towards being a hero; it was just before the time I started my Hero Analysis For The Future journals.

"Hey, how old are you anyway?" Shigaraki said, breaking me out of my thoughts.

Taken aback, I took a moment to reply. "Sixteen, why?" I said. Shigaraki just leaned further against my bed, resting his head on the soft mattress. "How old are you?" I questioned curiously.

He spared me a glance. "Eighteen." He stated plainly. Taken aback, I was surprised by his answer. I'd have expected him to be a fair bit older than me, but as it turns out he was also a teen, just barely, but still a teen. "Surprised?" He inquired.

"Um, yeah... I thought you would have been a lot older than me..." I admitted, looking down at my lap. He sighed.

"Well, I'm not." He said, snatching the notebook out of my hands. I let out a little cry of protest, but then just decided to sit on the bed to avoid a confrontation. Plopping down on the bed I watched as Shigaraki flipped through the notebook, vaguely wondering why he was so curious about my belongings. Currently, I was mostly worrying over how long he was going to stick around my house.
