One More Time | S.Hyde

Chapter 9- The Water Tower

For some reason the guys had this amazing idea to paint the marijuana leaf on the water tower.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I thought it would be hilarious and I definitely encouraged it. So now, the guys were painting, and Donna, Jackie and I were sitting on the edge, leaning on the railing,

"Oh my god. From up here, Point Place looks just like Paris." Donna and I turned and looked at Jackie

Donna laughed, "You think that looks like Paris?"

"God, no wonder you think Kelso could be a model." I said shaking my head

"Whoa, I could so be a model!" Kelso yelled defending himself.

I turned to look at Kelso who was standing on the railing painting while Eric, Fez and Hyde watched

"C'mon, man; shut up and just keep painting." Hyde said getting clearly frustrated

Kelso jumped down from the railing and laughed, "It's done!"

"Gentlemen, we have finally done it. A pot leaf on the water tower!" Eric said with a huge grin on his face

"This is the proudest moment of my life!" Fez exclaimed dramatically while Donna and Jackie got up to take a better look. I turned back around to look out over Point Place. It sure as hell wasn't Paris, but it was still pretty.

"It doesn't look like a pot leaf." Hyde stated

"What?" I heard Kelso question, confused.

I turned around again to look. I started to laugh, "It looks like a hand giving the finger!"

"Well, it doesn't have to look perfect! It's art!" Kelso said defensively

Hyde looked at him for a moment, "Get up and make it better!"

"Fine!" Kelso climbed back up on the railing with the paint brush

"Just...yeah, make it wider...right up there, yeah. Out further, though. Yeah. Right up, there you go..." Hyde was directing Kelso. Now, you'd think that we would have all been smart enough to know better than to let Kelso be the one to stand on the railing of a tall ass water tower, but apparently not, because next thing we know Kelso is falling backwards off the tower.

I hopped up as Jackie screamed, "Oh my god, Michael!"

It was quite for a second, except for Kelso moaning in pain, "Hey Kelso!" Hyde yelled

"Yeah?"

"How's it look from down there?" Hyde asked like a smartass. I smacked his arm and he just shrugged

"It looks like it's giving me the finger!" I shook my head and headed for the ladder to make sure he was okay

We got back to Eric's and headed into his living room. Kelso was holding his arm, Jackie hanging off of him as well.

"You guys, this is so stupid. We should just take him to the hospital." Jackie wined. I understand she just wants to help Kelso, but man does her voice annoy me sometimes.

"No, Jackie, then my dad'll find out-" Kelso begins to explain, but flicks his wrist causing him to stop and yell out in pain instead.

Jackie and Kelso took a seat on the couch. I sat down on the chair and turned to Eric, "Ok, my mom's a nurse. I'm gonna go wake her up. Maybe she can...fix him. "

"Just don't wake up Red, though. He'll kill us all." Hyde pointed out

"Gee, ya think?" Eric replied sarcastically and ran up stairs.
