Hyejin winced at the contact.

She looked up at Daejung who was looming over her, making her feel small; but she shouldn't fall for that, she told herself that she needed to stay strong, or else she'd never get out alive.

"Hyejin-ah" Daejung started off, his tone deep and intimidating.

Hyejin laid her eyes on his,"What?" her challenging tone made him raise an eyebrow.

"We're getting brave now, aren't we?"

She scoffed.

"Just tell me what you want, then I can get out of here"

He took a step forward,making her scoot back.

Another step, she moved further.

Another one.

Another one.

One more, her back met the wall.

"Oh you'll never 'get out of here', at least not alive"

Daejung smirked as he put a hand on her shoulder, to which she flinched to.

His hand went lower until he grabbed the tips of her fingers.

"You have a visitor, by the way" Daejung said, standing back up from his knelt down position.

He started walking for a while before looking back at her and gesturing for her to join him.

Hyejin stood up, stumbling a bit before taking hesitant steps towards him.

"W-who?" she asked, mentally scolding herself for stuttering.

"None other than your beloved brother" Daejung opened a door to reveal a room similar to the one they were in.

In a dark corner of the room, one where the light couldn't reach, there was figure, rocking himself in a fetal position with tears brimming his eyes.

"Jowoon?" Hyejin said, running over to the boy.

But before she could get there, her body was held back by Daejung.

"Not yet, princess" he shook a finger in her face while his other hand kept its string grip on her wrist.

He pulled her back in the other room and she let out a shrill cry of pure terror, tears flooding her vision yet she tried to keep her eyes on her brother, who was still cooped up in the corner, but this time reaching out a hand to his sister.
