Kyungsoo
Winter break was only a few days away. I wasn't necessarily counting the days because it meant we were halfway through the year, which meant the showcase and graduation were closer. Still, it meant that I would finally have time to relax, though I was sure most students would still be practicing. I didn't have any plans for the whole month-long break, but I knew I wanted to go back home and see my parents. I was also hoping I could spend time with Kai, but I didn't say that out loud in case I jinxed it.
One afternoon after classes, Kai and I decided to just hang out in the dance studio after our daily lesson. Well, we weren't hanging as much as we were just making out, which might not have been the brightest idea to enact in a room that was almost entirely made of windows. Neither of us really seemed to care, though, and I certainly wasn't going to be the first one to stop kissing him. About five or so minutes in, I found myself wrapping my arms around his neck as the kisses kept coming in an effort to try and deepen the kiss.
"Wait," he said breathlessly, suddenly pulling back.
"What?" I asked innocently, my eyes slightly widened.
"We should slow down," he said, still trying to catch the last of his lost breaths. "You might not be ready and I don't want to put any pressure on you."
"Who said I wasn't ready?" I questioned, earning a bewildered expression from him. "I'm not a virgin. I've done this before.""Yeah, but not with me. I mean, I don't know what your first time was like, but it's a little different this time, don't you think?"
I moved my pupils to the corners of my eyes as I thought about his question. "I guess," I answered with a small shrug. "But if you're hesitant because you're worried that I'll believe all of the rumors and stuff, you don't have to be. I mean, I'd be lying if I said they don't get to me, but I'm starting to trust you more than words from people I've never even talked to."
He smiled in response and rubbed my cheek with his thumb. I leaned in to kiss him and took a second shot at making the kiss more passionate, but he broke it again after a few seconds. I whined, making a pouty face, and laid my head on his chest.
"Do you want me to beg or something? Is that it?" I said as I lifted my head back up to look at him.He chuckled a little. "As much of a scene as that would be, no," he said, running a few of his fingers through my hair. "I just want it to be something that you'll remember not because it was forbidden or whatever, but because it was special."
I smiled softly at him. "Who knew you could be such a sap," I replied, earning a little bit of shy laugh from him.
"It'll be worth the wait, I promise," he said, only making my smile grow. "I'll plan something for winter break and there will be rose petals and candles and all that cute shit. You'll be very impressed." I laughed a little at him. "Besides, you should take this time to rest while you can," he added, exhaling lightly and leaning back on his hands. "You're gonna need all the energy you have because I have a feeling that once we start, we won't stop."
"Weirdo," I said, hitting his chest gently and getting a chuckle from him. "Say anymore and I might start having second thoughts."
"Sure, you will," he said with a quick eye roll before leaning in closer to me and connecting our lips again. I smiled and laughed against his lips, returning my arms to their rightful place around his neck.
Baekhyun
It couldn't be true, could it? I tried to convince myself that I was just seeing things, that my eyes were playing tricks on me. There was no way Kyungsoo and Kai were dating.
