Recap:

"I see spineless power hungry pigs who deem themselves above others due to their own capabilities; right in front of me." she pointed; her smile and carefree persona immediately dropping to that of something sinister.

"Looking for empathy, and understanding from us will get you no where but the morgue." mana swirled around her crazily sending her hair straight into the air while her eyes seemed to loose any trace of emotion. "After all, us 'outer ring' dwellers, are just low born swine right?!"

Her grimoire floated around crazily while the villagers stared at her terrified, and the enemy jumped back away from their spots their eyes were glued to her. They had no idea what was going to happen next.

....

Power was all Elizabeth could feel as she glared at the men staring at her terrified. This was only a little glimpse of her strength, she had no intention of attacking, but she needed to get out her frustration. It pained her to see these people cowering from such disgusting men, and if she were honest, she wanted nothing more than to completely wipe them from existence.

"Power this, and power that. You're nothing but a joke." she said with a monotone voice, her grimoire floated just beside her while flipping through numerous pages crazily; it didn't seem to have a certain page in mind, it was simply showing the girl her options.

"This power that you seek in these people, the 'stronger' power that only the royals seem to possess, it's wasted on scum like you." she said clenching her fists at her sides while seeming to power up even more. The main leader of the bunch stared at her with a cautious expression while his underlings were clearly terrified.

"W-what? No one this strong was ever reported to be a member of such a group!" one hooded figure whispered loudly to one of his comrades before Elizabeth increased her magic power; the mana swirling around her caused dirt and dust to fly through the air. She had so much raw, untouched mana that even Magna and Noelle were amazed and terrified.

Magna watched her from the corner of his eye while silently thanking whatever God that she was on his side. He knew she was powerful, but he had never imagined that she was that terrifyingly strong. With everyone's eyes trained on his sister, Asta had a moment to compose himself and drag his mind from the memories that were constantly flowing through his mind; the village, the church, Yuno, the kids, Father, Sister Lilly, all of them, he pushed them from his mind. The rage he felt was like nothing he had ever felt before; the fact that people like this group existed in this world hurt his heart. Asta couldn't understand why so many people were stuck on such a power craze. What did they think life was?

He had been born with no magic power, not a drop of mana flowed through his body, and yet he was there, protecting those in need. This man in front of him seemed strong, strong enough to protect people, yet here he was, attempting to steal lives. Asta's blood was boiling just thinking about it.

Calming himself enough to sense the situation around him, Asta could feel the overwhelming aura that Elizabeth was putting off. He couldn't see magic, or even sense it, but he knew when his dear sister was passed her limit; she had always been a hothead. He's spent a great deal of his life calming her from her fits, but right now he was thankful; thankful for Elizabeth's stubbornness and strength. He knew Elizabeth had just bought him enough time to pull himself from his thoughts, and even gave him the anchor he needed to stay focused.

"We're the guys that are going to protect these kinds of people!" Asta declared pulling everyone's attention back to him. Elizabeth's power almost immediately halted it's deadly increase. Everyone around her sucked in a breath finally and thought deeply about what the boy had just said. No one had ever expressed such devotion to the outer levels of the Kingdom before, no one had ever jumped to their rescue like these kids had.
